I honestly think both of them would be panicking. Snotlout would want everything to be perfect - we know he has an eye for design, so he would be rushing around frantically, trying to make sure everything is in place. I would love if he had a whole secret binder full of wedding ideas that he finally gets to use.

Eret would be panicking trying to make everything go as smoothly as possible for Snotlout so he can stop worrying and enjoy himself. i think he would be calm on the outside to help calm Snotlout down, but internally he would be freaking out - although I think he would only show his worry when Snotlout wasn't around.

and I think everyone would be initially worried about the twins messing everything up but ruff and tuff actually do an amazing job helping with the wedding preparations

Idk if they'd have a specific best man/woman? or if the whole gang would be there as the wedding attendants - but I think if Snotlout had to choose it would be a tough call between Hiccup and Tuffnut.

allegedly we were supposed to meet eret's dad in "the fire tides" ...it would be interesting to see his family come for the wedding

It would be interesting meeting Eret, father of Eret.

Though, if there were any scenes of him and Eret having “father son time” I would see him being confused on by Eret switching to the dragon riders since he was a Dragon Trapper in HTTYD 2.
