- PERSONALITY:

      as if the sun had lightened up the room , that is how everyone seemed to feel as soon as diana enters the room. despite the awkward and shy girl that she was , she was never to jump over the option to talk to people - getting to know someone is what makes her day , after all. first impressions are what diana bases people after so keep yourself on your best behaviour ! the vibrant , bubbly personality could make anyone open up about their lives & if you were sad , diana would do whatever to make you feel better.       soft , elegant , balanced - there are a lot of words to describe the female. if you were to ask diana , she would mention that she was just like what she always felt herself to be ; a helpful human being , brought to earth to make someone’s day. intelligent as she was , she was always one to admire the secrets of the universe & wanted to study whatever knowledge her delicate fingers could get their hands off. she could quote any jane austen or harry potter books from the top of her head & has a interest in writing on her free time.       people may describe her as the perfect mix of alice from wonderland & cinderella - family means the world to diana & that is what she shares with the two disney princesses. it was rare that one could look at her and not feel utter lightened up by the view of such a enthusiastic , wonderful woman. however , it was an insincere point of happiness that diana could produce & if that wasn’t enough , despite her awkward social anxiety , she was a classic flirt & passionated when it comes to love. as a libra , she has the mediator trait & definitely is the one who makes sure there is balance in her personal life but also in her work life , not letting it intervene with each other.

             harmony.

             that was what diana felt , as the brunette wandered down the streets in her high heels - a bad idea but she couldn’t help it , what-so-ever. her mother gave her these as a birthday present & they were too pretty to not be used. with a smile on her face & the promise of a good day glazed in her mind , the walk towards the apartment complex was so close for her , the extra step she took was obvious for others that she had in a good mood. and that , she had the right to. 

             with a flower bouquet in her hand , the female stopped in front of the entrance door , reaching through her pocket for her keys but as the door opened , she stopped her scavenging & turned her face up. and she couldn’t breathe anymore. adrian. that was all that diana saw , as her eyes laced over the familiar male with wide eyes , taking his state in with a sense of concern & worry. they haven’t talked for years. and this is how she meets him , face to face ? longing gazes has been sent his way whenever she saw him in the distance before , but this wasn’t a moment like this.

             “ . . . oh hi . . . ” , the shy words left diana’s mouth. “ it has been a while , hasn’t it ? ”

             god , this was awkward.

             deep breath in. deep breath out.

              yeah , you could say that diana was nervous for this - absolutely horrendously nervous and panicked over something that a lot of people seem to enjoy to do these days ;; tattoos. the golden girl , the priceless little ‘ duchess ‘ of italy , was going to get a tattoo and diana knew that it would possibly be the start of a new era for her. because if you told a younger version of her that one day , she would get a tattoo , mini diana would flip & tell her parents /just/ so they could stop her from doing ‘ such a big mistake ‘.

             but as the brunette walked over to the receptionist with the finished drawing of the moon tattoo that she wanted behind her ear & the heart one on her ring finger , diana breathed out. “  hey !! i’m diana greengrass , i’ve an appointment with kai , i believe ?? i checked the drawings out and i liked them.   ” , her words muffled over the worry that grew in diana’s chest & the receptionist smiled politely. “  yes , ma’am , you’ve a scheduled appointment with him - please sit down and he will come and get you.  ”

             placing her bum on one of the waiting chairs , her delicate fingers started to fibble with the pages she held in and diana’s foot nervously stomped - lips dried. now she has to wait.

              justification.

              that was a word that had been used by her beloved temporarly boss once words had spread out through the teacher board of the middle school that the new assistant librarian (   temporarily there as a standby for another librarian that got sadly injured during a skiing trip in the alpines , sent all the way from the university of miami   ) had shamelessly borrowed one of the school books just to take it back with doddles in it.

              diana had not even done that , that was already in the book to begin with but with the strict lesson taught by the principal and the stern reminder that she could be fired , the female left the office with sulked shoulders , headphones blasting ‘ follow the white rabbit ‘ by madison beer & her backpack thrown over her shoulders. the corridors of the school felt unwelcomely full with students and it was hard to get through them as diana tried to get back to the library and hide somewhere in there.

              but as the brunette marched through the groups of people , her icy brown eyes laced onto a familiar figure by the gymnastic area & she did a double look. ‘ isn’t that one of my neighbours ? ‘ , diana thought to herself and without knowing why , her feet started to walk over to the man , even successfully taking a basketball from a student just to attempt to throw it into the hole - nailing it. she turned towards cooper , a welcoming smile on her face.

             “  hey !! don’t i recognise you from somewhere ?? . . . you don’t , by any chance , happen to live at the roy g apartment complex , do you ??  ”

         it was different - like a sign of god had been placed upon diana. from the way the day started , with her waking up three hours too late for work & not having any cash on her to get lunch , you would expect the day to get worse. and it did. of course it did ; as diana rushed her high heels through the blaring gush of rain that came down from the sky , with her purse covering the top of her head in vain to get her hair wet , all she wanted was to get home. to bury herself down into the warm blankets and read the new book that her mother sent over the mail with a cup of tea and a smile on her face.            but as diana ran , the view of the apartment building coming closer , and finally reached the doors , a rush of wind slapped her in the face - the door to the entrance had opened and slammed /right/ into her. purse dropped onto the ground , the brunette let her fingers delicately place over the injured spot , tears threatening to escape her eyes. ouch. a sense of pain went through her whole body and she tried to stay calm , to just breathe out and stay rational. “ ouch . . . a-are you okay ? ” her soft words let her lips before diana could think through & a grimace placed itself. ‘ stupid , you are the one hurt here. ‘                    hopefully the stranger wouldn’t think of her as weird.
