i find the evolution of my cat (orange one’s) name very funny his name (in chinese) is impossible to translate into a smooth name adjacent english word (a very rough translation would be “precious treasure that beings luck and prosperity” <he does live up to his name btw all my gacha pulls go through him and they are always Good) so his english name originally was just a noise (womp), then shortened to woo, then got another name derived from that (wooper), and then got another variation recently (goober) so. i think i’ll just call him the orange one in texts 😭😭😭 like. you get what i mean so. we good
