So, we did our soft opening, but were forced to undergo a brief hiatus for various reasons. In spite of that, we are planning on doing our full opening soon, and are going to be running a brief site buzz campaign here on tumblr to attract new attention. Be sure to ask if you have any questions!

Amazing job on the site, I love it and you can really see the effort that's gone in. Well worth the wait. Question! On the canon rules, it says some wanted canons have faces and such assigned but I can't actually find these - am I just blind or is that one of the features you guys are still working on during the soft opening? No problem if so, I can wait. Congrats again on the site.

Yeah, the wanted canons haven’t been finished yet, but essentially any canon with a full name that isn’t bolded is a wanted canon. If you have questions about them or anything, I (Kieran) can probably give you details.

Nothing’s wrong. A lot goes in to making a site like Sovereign, and every member of the staff has responsibilities outside of the site. 

We’re planning on having our soft opening this Saturday.

So awhile back you had mentioned something about bastard names (like surnames, I think I can't remember), and I was wondering if you could elaborate on how bastards are distinguished? Like a common surname in ASOIAF, for example? Also if one wanted to make a bastard who was perhaps born to people of the nobility, do we ask members of one family if they would've been willing to take them in (like for extra plots and whatnot)? Or what is the proper protocol? Thanks a bunch!

There is a section about bastards in our Overview of Life in Anea post. As far as adding one in to a noble family, that's something you would discuss with a staff member.

How up to date is the reserve list in the google doc? I only ask because when I tried to look at it, the screen told me the document was in the creator's trash?

I am really, really interested in joining this and looked through the #sovereignrpg, but only thing I worry about is whether I am too young? I seem like a child compared to a lot of you..

We are an older crowd for the most part, but as long as you conduct yourself in mature manner you're more than welcome.
