💥Progress Report💥 No shirtless selfie here. This is about my development and growth. A few weeks ago a guy that I admire told me "Dude anything that's in your head man, you can make happen, It's all up here," he said as he pointed to his head. I've re-lived that moment daily since that interaction, and it has since become a defining moment in my career. My wife often laughs at me as I'll contemplate things for such a long time and randomly and unceremoniously just do them. It's kind of like I just go for it once I bat my fears out of the way lol. Welp, I just did it again.. Another BIG life decision made. Not one I'm comfortable sharing at the moment because it's kind of being prepared for me but a conclusion that I'm proud to make nonetheless. Progress in my own self-development It's bittersweet to look back at the past year and think of where I was six months ago compared to now. There's a certain bliss in the trainer lifestyle I was living before. The progress I've made even in the last 30 days has been astonishing. I'm so happy to be surrounded by people who genuinely are invested in not only their own personal development but those of their teams and compadres, I feel supported and valued, successfully and grateful. I encourage anyone who feels that they are behind, who thinks that they aren't worth it, who feels left out, alone, depressed, by yourself like the world doesn't understand and you're going to make it happen on your own, those feelings are , and I can relate to how you feel. Id also likes to tell you there are other people out there who have felt the same way and you're NOT alone...
