6 LBS IN 5 DAYS! WORKOUT TIPS.

I hope you are all doing okay and staying healthy.
I've been on my day five of actively trying to lose some more weight and guess what? I am succeeding! So I am here to share with you how.
<Disclaimer: this might not be safe and might be concerning, but it is definitely more healthy than fasting>
Before everything, I'd like you to know something. The first week you will rapidly lose weight, but in the second week that will slow down. Don't be discouraged, it is just how the human body works. In the first week you take away everything; the calories, the energy and the body doesn't realise what is happening. In the second week the body is like : "Oh, wait a minute! This can't work like this! Slow down!" Therefore you stop losing weight, maybe even gain a few pounds. In the third week you will start losing weight again. So, just keep working out, following your diet plan and everything will be perfect in the end.
IMPORTANT!
EVERY DAY, EXCEPT FOR ONE, CALORIE LIMIT SHOULD BE 1500 kcal.
IT IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE YOU NEED ENERGY TO STAY ALIVE!
CHOSE ONE DAY BY YOURSELF WHEN THE LIMIT WILL BE 500 kcal.
NO FASTING!
NO EATING AFTER 6 PM! AT ALL.
Now, onto the workout plan. It is also recommended that you take magnesium pills as a supplement; your muscles will hurt less. Don't be discouraged by the soreness, though. Push through it.
WORKOUT
MONDAY
20 squats,
15 seconds plank,
35 crunches,
35 jumping jacks,
15 lunges,
25 seconds wall sit,
10 butt kicks,
5 push-ups
Take a pause, then find youtube video of dance workout, 15 - 30 minutes. Try to finish it. It's fun, plus good workout as well.
TUESDAY
20 squats
30 seconds plank
60 crunches
10 jumping jacks
25 lunges
45 seconds wall sit
20 butt kicks
10 push-ups
Take a pause, then find youtube video of dance workout, 15 - 30 minutes. Try to finish it. It's fun, plus good workout as well.
WEDNESDAY
15 squats
40 seconds plank
60 crunches
50 jumping jacks
25 lunges
35 seconds wall sit
25 butt kicks
10 push-ups
Take a pause, then find youtube video of dance workout, 15 - 30 minutes. Try to finish it. It's fun, plus good workout as well.
THURSDAY
35 squats
30 seconds plank
75 crunches
25 jumping jacks
15 lunges
60 seconds wall sit
35 butt kicks
20 push-ups
Take a pause, then find youtube video of dance workout, 15 - 30 minutes. Try to finish it. It's fun, plus good workout as well.
FRIDAY
25 squats
60 seconds plank

55 jumping jacks
60 lunges
45 seconds wall sit

30 push-ups
SATURDAY
Repeat one of the workout routines, by your choose. Ae. Monday's workout.
SUNDAY
Rest day! Your body needs to rest! It is important, don't skip it!
