“Prove to yourself that you are God by feeling your desire is now an accomplished fact. Listen to your friends talk about you. Are they rejoicing because of your good fortune, or are they expressing envy? Imagine their words are true. Persist in imagining they are true. Continue to imagine your desire is already an accomplished fact; and when it is objectively realized, proof will be yours.”
Visualizing 101 How to stop fantasizing/day dreaming and start visualizing the right way 🩵
If you feel like you’re visualizing all the time and you still aren’t getting results, you’re probably not actually visualizing or creating, you’re just daydreaming. Want to stop daydreaming? Then you have to stop visualizing for fun. Sadly, cute little fun daydreams don’t shift you. Feeling “inspired” doesn’t shift you. Reading quotes, watching videos, zoning out while imagining, NONE OF THAT IS SHIFTING. That’s entertainment, fantasizing and even worse, coping.
You are NOT shifting when:
• You’re daydreaming about your SP confessing their feelings.
• You’re watching yourself kiss them in third-person like a TV show.
• You’re scripting emotional scenes with background music in your head.
• You’re laying in bed “intending to visualize” but end up just fantasizing random storylines.
That’s called being addicted to the fantasy high of it. The stimulation of seeing yourself in a third-person drama, cute moments, imagined validation. It gives you quick hits of emotional payoff without requiring identity change.
Every time you indulge in those scenes, your brain learns:
“This version of me does not have what I want. They just want it. This is their fantasy, not their life.”
That’s reinforcing the version of you who’s still waiting to be chosen, special, rich or famous. So you need to:
🩵 Stop watching from 3rd person.
If you can see yourself like a you’re in a movie or tv show, you’re not doing it right. Like literally make a rule: If you can see yourself, it’s fake. Switch to 1st person so through your own eyes. Start every visualization by anchoring into your hands or feet. Feel your mug, sword, wand, whatever. Walk across the floor. No floating cameras allowed. Your hands, your body, your POV. Not watching yourself float through life.
🩵 Kill the fantasy of it.
Or stop “putting your DR on a pedestal” as some may say. Go straight into mundane realness, brushing your teeth, polishing your sword, scrolling on your phone, checking your bank account, putting away your in-ears. That’s how your subconscious says: “Oh. This is real.”
If the visualization starts to feel boring, repetitive, too “normal”? GOOD. That means it’s working. That means you’re finally treating it like real life, and real life is normal when you’re living it.
🩵 Drill the same scenes.
Stop jumping around to random fantasies. Pick one or two anchor scenes and burn them in through daily repetition.
For example:
• Waking up in bed. Reaching for your phone. Text your SP. Paris light coming through the window.
• Stepping into your castle. Big, sleek, cold tiles. Torch burning. You feel how warm and calm and real it is.
Boring is better if it’s real. Rehearse until it’s muscle memory.
Think of your visualization sessions like a ritual. It’s supposed to feel repetitive, obsessive, and focused. It’s about drilling it in until the old story can’t survive inside you anymore. Every time you drift into daydream mode, you’re choosing the version of you who likes pretending more than having, the version who’d rather feel a little dopamine than get the whole life.
You’re not “trying” to “manifest” anything. You’re becoming the person who wakes up and lives that life without thinking about it. You’ve spent too long identifying as the observer of your life instead of the occupant. You watch things happen to you. Live it instead.
7 ways to deal with undesirable thoughts & circumstances when manifesting/shifting 🪻
Here’s a few methods I’ve compiled on how to remain in the wish-fulfilled, ignore unwanted circumstances, and live in the end.
1. The “Cancel and Replace” Method
This is straight out of Louise Berlay’s world, and it works because it interrupts the old pattern instantly.
When a negative thought pops up, mentally say “cancel” and immediately replace it with the version you want. This trains your subconscious to stop associating you with the old story.
Example:
“Ugh, but what if it doesn’t happen?”
Cancel.
“I already have it. It’s done.”
2. The “Neutralize, Then Assume” Method
Sometimes your mind doesn’t jump cleanly from negative to positive. So don’t force the positivity. Go neutral first!
Bad thought:
“This will never work.”
Neutral thought:
“Thoughts pass. This isn’t the truth.”
Desired thought:
“It is already done.”
Neutralizing removes the emotional charge and makes the desired thought land easier for you.
3. The “What Would Future Me Think?” Check
When you catch yourself spiraling, ask:
“If I were already the version of me who has my desire, what would I be thinking right now?”
The answer is always calmer, more confident, more grounded than whatever you were thinking before. This instantly shifts you back into the right identity.
4. The “Do Not Fight The Thought” Rule
Do not wrestle with your negative thoughts, panic about having them or try to “force them away.” The moment you fight a thought, you end up feeding it.
Just acknowledge it like this for example:
“Oh, that’s just an old thought pattern.”
Then redirect it.
Your power is in what you continue thinking, not what pops up automatically.
5. The “Imagination Wipes the Slate” Principle
Neville Goddard and Louise Berlay both said this:
“Imagining the end replaces everything that came before it.”
So even if you spiraled for an hour, had doubts all day, or reacted to 3D, one solid imaginal scene overrides all of that! You don’t start over from zero because of a bad mental day. You just have to re-enter the state!
6. The “Treat Thoughts Like Weather” Mindset
Thoughts come and go like clouds. Do not be fooled, they are not commands, predictions, prophecies etc, or anything of that nature. They’re literally just brain-noise. You only give power to the ones you engage with.
If a bad thought comes, think:
“Oh, this is just weather passing through.” and don’t give too much energy into it.
7. The “Assume It’s Working Anyway” Mindset
A bad thought, break down, spiral or moment of doubt isn’t a manifestation. What creates is your final assumption.
So when you slip, reassure yourself:
“It’s still working. My end state is what matters.”
This keeps the subconscious aligned with the right belief.
💜💜💜
Living in the end was never about being perfectly positive. It’s about returning to the end every single time you fall out of it.
You don’t need perfect thoughts, full faith or to be in your best mood. All you need is persistence.
Return to the end often enough and your mind eventually accepts it as reality. And remember once it accepts it internally, the 3D has no choice but to follow.
A Practical Guide to Reality Shifting & Manifesting Integrating Louise Berlay’s Teachings to Shift into Your Desired Life
Daily Mental Rehearsal: Step-by-Step Technique 🌸
To become who you want to be, the teachings of Magic of the Mind advise us to start within! Berlay provides a clear daily practice to impress your desires on the mind. The discipline is simple but requires consistency. Here is a step-by-step guide based on Magic of the Mind for shifting into your dr or any goal you choose:
1. Set Aside Focused Imagination Time:
Reserve at least 15–30 minutes every morning after waking and every night before sleep for your creative mental work . These twilight states (just after waking, and before drifting to sleep) are when your mind is relaxed and highly receptive. Make this a “sacred” routine because it’s when you’ll consciously create and fulfill your desires each day. Importantly, approach it with a playful, relaxed attitude, so do not strain or “try to force” results. As Berlay emphasizes: “DON’T TRY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.” Simply imagine and feel; allow the process to unfold.
2. Happily Assume It is Done:
Begin your session by centering on the feeling that your wish is already fulfilled. Bring to mind your specific desire like for example, being a rich and influential content creator with millions of followers, perfect health and looks, a loving partner, and a beautiful home. Now assume, just for this moment, that all of it is now reality. Convince yourself for these minutes that your dream life is here. This is what Berlay calls “happily assume that fulfillment is present.” Approach it with joy and confidence, as if you just accomplished all your goals.
3. Rehearse the Natural Consequences:
Once you feel it is done, let your imagination play out the scene of your life in that reality. Berlay instructs to “silently rehearse in happy imagination that which would naturally follow its presence.” In other words, mentally live the day-to-day truth of your wish fulfilled. For a moment, forget about “wanting” these things and pretend you already have them and imagine what happens next. For example, see yourself waking up in your dream home, with the decor and view you’ve always wanted. Perhaps you check your phone and see thousands of new positive messages from fans because you’re a famous influencer. Feel the excitement and gratitude of this. Then maybe you walk to your mirror and see your desired appearance, looking exactly as you’ve envisioned. Smile and feel proud! You might then go through your day as this version of you: meeting with your creative team, filming a video that gets millions of views, or attending a VIP event. Include the loving presence of your desired partner or SP in your scenes as well, imagine them congratulating you on a big success or just lovingly spending time in your gorgeous home together. Make the scene as real and natural as possible.
4. Engage All Your Senses & Emotions:
While you imagine these scenes, embody the experience fully. Berlay suggests using vivid sensory details: if there’s a trophy or award in your dream, feel its weight and cool metal in your hands; hear the crowd applauding and your friends saying “Congrats!” or even your haters side-eyeing. If you’re imagining wealth, perhaps feel the texture of a check or cash in your hand, or imagine logging into your bank account and seeing a huge number or using apple/samsung pay on a massive purchase (and feel the thrill!). To imagine your ideal appearance, look in an imaginary mirror and see your face/body as you want it, maybe run your fingers through your hair or try on a fabulous outfit and feel how great it fits. The key is to generate the feelings you’d have if all this were undeniably real, the pride, joy, relief, gratitude, confidence. This emotional charge is what impresses the subconscious most deeply . Berlay writes that you should rehearse “in the highest joy of which you are capable,” joyfully celebrating your “victory” as if it’s already won . Enjoy your pretend reality. Make it feel like the best day ever, or a very fulfilling normal day in your ideal life.
5. Inner Conversation and Self-Talk:
Berlay also recommends using inner speech to solidify the assumption. In your imagination, have short mental conversations where you share your good news with those close to you . For example, hear a friend or family member say “I’m so happy for your success, you truly have everything you ever wanted!” and mentally respond “Yes, it’s amazing, I feel so blessed and excited about life.” Feel their arms hug you or see their smiling face as they congratulate you. You can also silently tell yourself affirmations in first person: e.g., “I am so grateful that I’m now a successful pop star/superhero/doctor living my dream life. I have a healthy, beautiful body, a loving partner, and wealth flows to me easily.” Such inner dialogues further convince your subconscious that this is real and happening. (Be sure to frame these thoughts in the present tense, as happening now, not in the future.)
6. “Act” It Out in Mind Throughout the Day:
Beyond your dedicated morning/night sessions, Berlay says to use every free moment to briefly reconnect with your desired state. “During every free moment, silently and joyfully act out in your mind its natural consequences… feel and wear your new self-image.” This means if you’re walking the dog, driving, or showering, you can daydream little snippets of your wish fulfilled. Keep it light and fun! For instance, as you drink your coffee you might momentarily imagine you’re sipping it on the balcony of your new mansion, or when you get dressed you feel like you’re putting on a designer outfit for a photoshoot. These quick mental flashbacks of your already shifted self help reinforce the assumption. Carry the feeling of your new identity with you as much as possible. Berlay calls it “wearing your new self-image” like putting on a costume, you become that version of you in thought, and eventually in fact.
7. Remain Faithful and Don’t Entertain Doubt:
Once you’ve begun this practice, COMMIT TO IT FAITHFULLY. Make it a delightful habit. If doubts or the old reality creep up (e.g., “This isn’t real” or noticing current limitations), don’t dwell on them, just gently replace the thought with your desired story or use a firm mental command like “Cancel. I already have it!” (one of Berlay’s students would literally say “cancel” out loud to dismiss negative thoughts). Remember that any attention to lack is just planting more unwanted seeds. So, persist in the assumption that you are already the successful, wealthy, loved person you wish to be. Whenever you catch yourself reacting to 3D circumstances (“3D” meaning the current physical reality) with frustration or disbelief, pause and rehearse the preferred reality again in mind. This consistent mental discipline will keep your subconscious locked on the target.
By following these steps, you are essentially shifting your state of awareness to dwell in your desired reality. Berlay assures that once the idea is sufficiently impressed, your desire will materialize, it moves from imagination into the tangible world as soon as it has enough mental energy behind it . At that point, events will unfold (often in surprising, ingenious ways) to bring you what you imagined, because the subconscious has accepted it as true and is obliged to prove it.
Here is a recap of how to integrate these principles in pursuit of your own goals, just to drill it into your head further, or if you feel you need a bit more instruction/explanation:
Adopt the Right Inner Identity: Begin to think of yourself as already the person you want to be. In your private thoughts, drop descriptions like “I wish I could be successful” and replace them with confident statements like “I am successful. I am influential and wealthy.” Your self-image sets the boundaries of what you’ll experience. If you consistently identify as a thriving influencer who has an amazing life, opportunities and ideas that match that identity will naturally flow to you . Claim it internally first.
Guard Your Mind and Focus on What You Want: Berlay teaches that mental discipline is crucial. Pay attention to your everyday thoughts and words. Eliminate negative self-talk or complaints that contradict your desire (for example, stop saying things like “Ugh, I look terrible” or “I’ll never be famous” – such thoughts are creative and will hold those unwanted conditions in place). Instead, speak of things how you want them to be: talk about your projects succeeding, imagine compliments about your appearance, dwell on scenarios of winning. If an undesirable thought slips out, do as one of Berlay’s students did: say “cancel” or mentally erase it, then immediately affirm the positive alternative. Consistency here can quickly reform your dominant patterns; even long-held limiting beliefs can be overwritten in a matter of weeks with persistent new thinking.
Stay Joyful and Confident: Berlay places a big emphasis on joy. The process of imagination should be enjoyable, like a child playing make-believe. When you’re in a state of happy expectation, you are in the ideal “receiving mode.” So, do whatever helps you get into a high-spirited, inspired mood before your visualization sessions – perhaps listen to uplifting music, read an inspiring quote, or recall a moment of genuine gratitude . She notes that finding a “note of inspiration” (a poem, a beautiful scene, etc.) can “lift your spirits as you fly away with that elusive bird called ‘imagination.’” Enjoy the process; it shouldn’t feel like hard work. The more real and joyous your inner experience, the faster it impresses the subconscious. And once you’ve imagined and felt it real, go about your day with confidence knowing that the seed has been planted. Avoid digging it up with worry. As Berlay says, don’t force or hurry; just faithfully assume it and let the universe do its part. Faith is crucial: trust that it’s coming. In fact, operate as though it’s already a done deal, and you’re simply waiting for the appointed hour for it to appear.
Ensure Your Desire Feels Right to You: One subtle point Berlay makes is asking, “Is your desire morally justified?” . This means your goal should be positive, life-giving, and not harmful to others. In manifestation, ethically sound desires tend to manifest more smoothly because you won’t have internal guilt or conflict about them. Wanting to be famous, someone who uplifts others, to enjoy wealth and love, is absolutely fine and wonderful and there is nothing “selfish” about fulfilling your potential and being happy. Just intend that your success benefits everyone (which it will, as you inspire those that look up to you and care for your loved ones). When you feel your goal is good and aligned with your values, you’ll embrace it more wholeheartedly. Then you can proceed with no inner reservations, which supercharges your manifesting practice.
Finally, remember that creation is an ongoing process. Even after you achieve one goal, you’ll likely set new ones and that’s the beauty of it! Magic of the Mind teaches that you are the master of your fate, the captain of your soul, through the thoughts you consistently entertain. So this isn’t a one-time trick but a life-long power. You can continuously shift your reality as you grow and evolve. Today’s daydream is inevitably tomorrow’s reality if you persist. “Today’s dream is tomorrow’s reality,” as Shakespeare is quoted in the book, so dare to dream big for yourself, and use Berlay’s techniques to nurture those dreams into existence!
Louise Berlay’s Magic of the Mind is a metaphysical classic that teaches you how to create the life you want using your mind. Berlay was a devoted student of Neville Goddard, and in this book she shares the techniques and success stories she learned from him . The core message is that your imagination creates your reality. By changing your internal thoughts and beliefs, you can literally transform your external circumstances. I’ll first go over Berlay’s teachings and at the end offer a practical guide to manifesting/reality shifting, also known as so consciously moving into the life you desire using the creative magic of your mind.
• Your Life is the Mirror of Your Mind
A key principle in Magic of the Mind is that your outer life is a direct reflection of your inner mind. Berlay emphasizes that “experience is the mirror of the mind” and the conditions of your life precisely picture your habitual thoughts. In other words, every thought has a consequence, and our destiny is self-created thought by thought. If you look around at your finances, relationships, health, and circumstances, you are really seeing the result of your mental attitudes and assumptions. Any change in your circumstances “must begin with a change in your daily thoughts”.
Because of this mental law, Berlay says that undesirable circumstances are essentially feedback telling you that your dominant thoughts need to change. She advises that if a thought or scenario is undesirable, “reverse or abandon it” in your mind. Do not dwell on fears, doubts, or images of failure, because by the same token, those thoughts will manifest experiences to match. Life does not fulfill our idle wishes, it fulfills our dominant thought patterns. This means that to shift your reality into one where you are wealthy, influential, loved, and happy, you must consistently think and feel the way a person who already has those things would think and feel. Your mental diet (the thoughts you entertain regularly) is creating your world, so start feeding your mind only the outcomes you truly want.
• Imagination and Assumption - The Creative Process
According to Berlay (and her mentor Neville), imagination is the engine of creation. Magic of the Mind teaches that everything is created twice: first in the mind, then in reality. “Creation does not and cannot occur in the outside world… it was first built in the mind. …Creation is subjective cause; the finished product is objective effect.” Cause and effect are infallible: inner cause, outer effect. This is great news, because it means by changing the inner cause (your imagined state), you will change the outer effect (your life).
How do you create the right inner cause?
Berlay explains the Law of Assumption: you must assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled and believe in its reality before it shows up. She quotes the Bible: “whatsoever things you desire, ‘believe’ you have received them, and they shall be yours.” The trick, however, is that belief doesn’t come automatically for something not yet visible, you have to cultivate belief through imagination and repetition. Belief grows from “the roots of assumption.” In practice, this means living in your mind as if the goal is already accomplished. By “rehearsing the happy results of your desire as though it were already fulfilled” over and over, you condition yourself to truly believe it. When you persistently think from the end, your mind becomes convinced and your attitudes, actions, and vibrations align with that reality.
Crucially, imagination must be used consistently and deliberately. Berlay calls imagination the “greatest implementing force”, activated by desire . It’s not merely daydreaming once, but a discipline of repeated inner experience. She illustrates that a mental blueprint, once impressively recorded in the subconscious, will externalize itself in the world. Our subconscious mind takes whatever images and feelings we consistently offer and uses them to create corresponding experiences. In Berlay’s words (quoting Neville): “The subconscious is the womb of creation. Whatever the mind of man can conceive and feel as true, the subconscious can and must objectify.” In short, imagine and feel it real, and your subconscious will make it real.
• Programming the Subconscious for Success
To shift into your desired reality, you need to imprint your wish firmly on the subconscious mind. The subconscious is like fertile soil and whatever seeds (thoughts, assumptions, feelings) you plant and nurture will grow into the events of your life. Berlay explains that the subconscious has no filter of logic or reason; it simply receives the mental “blueprints” you feed it and dutifully projects them outward as your lived circumstances . This is why habits of thinking are so important. Most of us have manifested life experiences unconsciously by dwelling on fears or memories, but we can reverse that and consciously plant what we do want.
Repetition and emotion are the keys to impressing the subconscious. Magic of the Mind stresses that you must fix your attention on the ultimate fulfillment of your desire, experiencing it over and over again in imagination until it’s strongly imprinted in the subconscious. The more vividly and joyfully you do this, the deeper the impression. Eventually, the idea gains enough energy that “it becomes a strongly imprinted subconscious habit”, at which point “the nature of the process [is] to project our blueprint … to the objective outer world of experience.” In other words, once your desired scenario feels completely natural and familiar to you internally, it will manifest externally by law.
Note: You do not need to worry about how your goal will happen. In fact, Berlay advises against straining or taking frantic action to “make it happen.” Your job is to imagine the end result and feel its reality; the subconscious (or the power of the universe) will arrange the means automatically . She gives a reassuring reminder that the subconscious is not limited by time, distance, or logical means, it’s connected to infinite creative power. The “how” and “when” are not your concern; your focus is to live in the end result mentally, and let the world reflect it in due time. (Neville Goddard summed it up as “think not of your goal (as something distant), but from it (as if you’re already there).” )
Success Stories and Key Experiences from Magic of the Mind
Louise Berlay shares real experiences (her own and others’) to demonstrate how life changing this method can be. These stories inspire confidence that no desire is too big and no situation too difficult if you apply the creative process of the mind. Here are a few of the highlights:
Louise’s Personal Miracle: In the book, Louise shares a story that feels unreal in the best way. When she was younger, she had all these big dreams. She loved fine art, wanted to travel the world, meet interesting people, and feel this magical “undefined wonder” in her life. For years she just hoped for it and nothing changed. Then she learned how the mind actually creates reality and started doing imagination sessions every single night. She would literally live her dream life in her head: working around masterpieces, staying in a gorgeous stateroom crossing the Atlantic, smelling the ocean air, having dinner with elegant men, dancing under the stars, visiting European museums, the whole vibe. And she only did this for three weeks. After that, everything started unfolding almost like fate. She suddenly got an incredible job in the fine art world working with real Renaissance pieces, including originals by Rembrandt and da Vinci! Then out of nowhere her boss sent her on a five-week first-class trip to Europe, all expenses paid, exactly like she had imagined. On the luxury ocean liner, the dining steward sat her with “three charming gentlemen” (two art gallery owners and a film producer), which matched what she had visualized. Even the ship’s officers she pictured walking with ended up inviting her on daily deck strolls. She said the whole experience felt “a delight” and almost like déjà vu because she had already lived it in imagination. And the wildest part is that the “undefined wonder” she felt her life was missing finally showed up. During that trip she met the love of her life. They eventually married and were, in her words, “the happiest, most devoted of sweethearts” for 21 years. She called it “a marriage made in heaven.” Her entire life, the career, the travel, the romance, literally shifted.
“Meditating” a Chaotic Classroom into Harmony: Berlay shared another example about a young teacher in New York City who got assigned what everyone called the “worst class in the entire school.” The kids were constantly fighting, swearing, and disrespecting every teacher, so people basically saw the situation as hopeless. After he attended one of Berlay’s lectures, he decided to try the creative process for himself. Every morning before school, he sat quietly and imagined his classroom completely transformed. He pictured the kids “nicely groomed, quietly enjoying their lesson and behaving in the most exemplary manner.” He also imagined himself interacting with them warmly, praising their efforts, and becoming a kind of caring father-figure to the class. He kept doing this every day, basically shifting the whole situation internally before anything changed outwardly. And the results showed up fast. “Within one week, he noticed small changes in their behavior and attitude.” That encouraged him, so he kept going, and slowly the kids started responding to the respect and affection he was holding for them both in imagination and in real life. Within a few weeks, the class no one could handle became one of the best behaved and most engaged groups in the entire school. They even went on a field trip and earned special recognition for how well they acted. By the end of the year, this class that everyone had written off was completely transformed, all because the teacher first changed his inner vision of them. It is such a strong reminder that you can shift external situations, even how people treat you, by first shifting how you choose to see them. So if you have people in your life who doubt you or situations that feel like they are blocking your success, try what he did. Imagine those same people supporting you, imagine them praising your work, imagine them believing in your goals. Hold that version consistently, and reality eventually adjusts to match the story you decide to live in.
Financial Turnaround – From Bills to Checks: There is another story about a man who was completely stressed out by bills and debt. He felt stuck and had no idea how to get out of it. A friend of his who understood how powerful the mind is gave him this really unexpected piece of advice: “See that pile of bills? I want you to imagine that they are all checks.” It sounds almost too simple, but the whole point was to stop obsessing over lack and start training his mind to expect abundance. Instead of seeing money leaving his life, he needed to start seeing money coming in. He actually took the advice seriously. He began sitting with his bills and visualizing them magically turning into a stack of incoming checks, and he made a real effort to shift his attitude from fear to gratitude, acting as if he were already financially stable. He kept doing this along with whatever practical steps he could manage, and slowly his situation started changing. He received unexpected money and opportunities that helped him pay everything off. Berlay describes him “climbing out of the impasse” once he changed his mindset. This story shows how flipping your inner story from lack to abundance can completely shift your outer reality, even with something as intimidating as money.
The lesson is that to become wealthy, you must stop identifying as broke. Berlay warns against habitual phrases like “I can’t afford that” or “I’m always unlucky with money,” because “our thought patterns are the blueprints of our experience.” Instead, speak and imagine as though money flows freely and generously. If you get a bill, imagine it’s a check or a proof of how credit-worthy and prosperous you are. This mental reversal from lack to plenty will, by law, start reflecting in your bank account. Consciousness of abundance leads to manifestations of abundance.
Berlay’s book contains many more examples from people manifesting their dream homes and ideal marriages, to improving health conditions deemed “incurable,” to even accomplishing “far-fetched” goals. In one account, she herself needed to relocate her company’s office to a new building in Paris. She applied her imagination techniques nightly for a few weeks – seeing the entire complex project already successfully completed and everything falling into place ideally. When she flew to Paris to begin the work, the entire relocation resolved itself almost miraculously within hours: out of the blue an investor offered to lease her building (funding all moving costs), and a real estate agent found the exact new office (with all the features she had visualized) in one afternoon. What experts predict would take months or years happened in a day, effortlessly, because the groundwork had been done in imagination. The moral across all these stories is that the imagination is not just “idle fantasy” it is the actual precursor to reality. When you persist in living inwardly the life you want, life eventually catches up with your inner vision. As Berlay writes, “hold a picture long and steady in your mind’s eye and you will be drawn to it.” Or as Napoleon Hill said, “Success comes to those who are success-conscious.” meaning you must become successful in consciousness first, to experience it outwardly.
Too long, didn’t read?
By recognizing that your experience is your mind pushed out into the world, you gain the leverage to change anything by changing your thoughts and assumptions. To become all that you desire, begin now to occupy that reality in imagination. Make it real in your inner world through vivid, joyful repetition. Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled and remain faithful to it, no matter what the outside looks like. As Berlay’s own life and many examples showed, this mental magic works. The subconscious will faithfully reproduce your sustained imaginal scenes into living facts: “Your world, in every detail, is your consciousness objectified.”
Every influential, successful person first had to see themselves as capable and worthy of that success and they had to mentally become it before they were it. This is exactly what you are doing when you apply these techniques. You are shifting your state of awareness to match the destiny you choose. Reality, like a mirror, will have no choice but to align with your new self-image. So start now: craft the vision of your ideal life, revisit it often with feeling, and carry that conviction with you. In a surprisingly short time, you’ll find yourself living a life that matches the once “make-believe” scenes from your imagination. That is the “magic” of your mind! A power to create, which, once awakened, allows you to shape your world and shift into any reality you truly desire.
Now that you understand how this works, you’re ready for the part that actually changes your life. In this next post, I’ll break down exactly how to follow these teachings step by step so you can shift into your desired reality with precision. Click here!
The people replying to this angrily are 100% the liars that should be blocked and avoided. No one’s asking you to doxx yourself, but there’s absolutely no reason you can’t post SOME proof if you feel the need to try to educate people on this. There’s NO WAY you can’t just take a picture of your new iPhone or Dior bag like….💀 To be so vehemently against doing so is highly suspicious and people have every right to question you if you choose to fill the hashtags with lies.
back story: u know how when you open a tiktok link u can also see the tiktok account that shared it
charm shared a tiktok link on her post and it said TikTok shared by “shifting respawner” account I’ll attach a screen shot
HOWEVER THE success story @e-o-xo-e also shared tiktok links on a post (she deleted it when she got caught out), and when you opened it, it was from the same exact tiktok account “shifting respawner
after people noticed (attaching a screenshot) where @e-o-xo-e got confronted , she deleted that post
Oh charm please don’t tell me that u share a tiktok account. Ur literally the same fucking account. Just coincidentally. And ur both African. Use similar wordings but that is just solid proof.!!!!!
Charm is a pretty good liar too, as in the last screen shot her @e-o-xo-e said she’ll delete that post. It’s hard to show cus she deleted the post right after someone confronted her about it and I didn’t get the chance to screenshot
Charm also edited her links with the TikTok post because u can’t see who it was shared by (shifting respawner tiktok account) they also type the same.
WHY THE FUCK IS SHE LYING????!
TLDR: So you know charm. She made a post with some links to TikTok’s. When u click on the link it tells you which account shared the TikTok to you. Her tiktok account was called shiftingrespawner.
So one of her success stories the @e-o-xo-e girl made a blog too. And later made a post with TikTok links. When I opened the TikTok link it shows which account shared it and it was the SAME shiftingrespawner account!!!
These days, I find a lot of people are putting way too much power on the methods they use. Whether it be affirming, the void, or any other method, you are giving your power away to something external.
Methods do not matter. They are not the reason you are able to manifest. You can manifest without methods.
The only thing you need to manifest something in your life is to occupy the state in which you already have what you desire.

States are mindsets.
Think about how you would feel if you had all the money in the world. In that moment, you are accessing the state of the richest person on the planet. And by repeatedly returning to that state, it will eventually become natural to you, and you will have manifested being the richest person in the world.
Do you see how simple manifestation can be?
There's no need to try a million methods or to affirm 10,000 times a day to achieve this. As long as you consciously guide yourself back into the wish fulfilled, you can manifest anything into your life.

The only requirement to manifest successfully is to reach this state of the wish fulfilled. This means, thinking about how you would feel if you already had what you wanted, and repeatedly returning to that feeling until it feels like your natural state of being. Sometimes, though, it can be difficult to reach or sustain that feeling.
This is why methods are useful, not important, but useful.
You can use something like scripting to help you feel like what you want has already happened. You can put yourself into your future shoes, recounting exactly how wonderful your life has become now that you have manifested your desires. Right then and there, you are accessing the state of the wish fulfilled.
Now, methods like subliminals and the void often have a reputation that they are used in order to get something or make something happen, not to feel that wish fulfilled. They can be used in that way, but I see a lot of people using them for the former reason.
I need you all to start using methods ONLY to reach the state of the wish fulfilled.
Use methods to change your state. Use methods to help you feel it real. Don't use methods to make something happen in your physical world, because that is counterintuitive. Everything stems from self. Once you change your inner reality, your outer reality will follow. It must.

I have talked about this briefly in a response to an anon, but I dislike the "affirm and persist" trend. Now, if it works for you, more power to you. I'm not here to police anyone's methods. I just want you to know and realize that the power is not within the method, it is within you.
The law of assumption is the law that your assumptions manifest into your reality. How can you change your assumptions? By changing your state and deciding that what you want is already yours. It's as simple as that. No need to affirm, script, go into the void, or anything like that. It's a mindset shift.
SO, you affirm to change your assumptions, therefore it is more accurate to say "assume and persist" because that removes the power from the method. You affirm to assume, therefore your true objective is that assumption, not the affirmation.
Now, I know people say that affirming is not technically a method because it's basically just consciously curating your every day thoughts. Yes, this is true, but I also think that gives your thoughts too much power.
Your thoughts are not you. They are a byproduct of your state. To change your thoughts, change your state. By giving so much power to your thoughts, you are saying that any thought that pops into your mind is an affirmation, which it isn't. I doubt you believe every thought that crosses your mind. And what about intrusive thoughts? Intrusive thoughts don't manifest because they have no intent behind them. You are not occupying a state that matches that thought, therefore it cannot manifest.
So, instead of "affirm and persist," assume and persist.

Now that that's out of the way, I need you all to remember why we are able to manifest in the first place. We are gods living and existing in our own realities. We have access to an infinite amount of realities with infinite possibilities just on our own. You don't need a single "method" to help you achieve this because you already do this all day every day.
Every moment you change a state, meaning every moment you focus on new beliefs about yourself and the world around you, you shift to a different reality that matches that state. It is instant and it is easy.
We are made for this. This is the most natural thing we do. It's like breathing. It's like saying we need a "method" to breathe or to have our hearts keep beating or to think. None of that is necessary.
You don't need any methods.
I know they're useful. I know they're fun. Methods are a wonderful way to get to the state of the wish fulfilled. But that is their only purpose: for fun and to reach and sustain the state, which is the most important part!
Observe if you are using methods as a way to get your desire, or as a way to feel the wish fulfilled. There is a difference. By using methods as a way to feel and sustain the wish fulfilled, then you are changing your inner reality, and therefore the world around you must change to fit your new state. If you are using methods to change the 3D, then I highly encourage you to reevaluate.
Remember, there is nothing to change but self.

My post about The Pearl of Great Price
So, when you find yourself giving away too much of your power to any kind of external resource, which includes the 3D world, circumstances, and methods, I need you to remember this idea that Neville Goddard talks about in his lecture called The Pearl of Great Price.
When Neville talks about buying the pearl, he's talking about essentially a trade. A trade in which you give up your belief in external resources; and in return, you believe wholly in your own power as god. He says that you cannot truly believe that you are god if you give any sort of power to any external source, you must give it all up.
So, when you are giving so much power to methods, you are betraying your own belief in yourself.
Therefore, buy the pearl, believe in your own power, and focus on achieving the state of the wish fulfilled. No method has the power to do anything other than help you reach and sustain that state.
Go straight into thinking you have it, decide you have it now, and keep choosing to think from the new assumption. Don’t worry about time, feelings, sats, methods etc.
Do not concern yourself with the effect of your desire. Rather, be faithful to your daily practice and try to extend your self-identification and sense of fulfillment (with all its joy) to longer and longer periods throughout the day until your new role in life becomes permanently established.
Louise Berlay writes in The Magic of My Mind (1986)
Focus on what you have control and let go the rest
you have complete control over:
༄.° What you choose to accept as truth right now.
You decide which story you believe. You choose whether you are the person you already have or the one you are waiting for. This is 100% yours.
༄.° Your emotional reaction.
You can feel everything, but you choose what it means. You can see something and decide that it is a reflection of who you are or that it has nothing to do with you. You define it.
༄.° The focus of your attention.
You choose where you place your gaze: on fear or certainty, on doubt or on remembering who you already are.
༄.° The internal state you maintain.
You decide how you feel about yourself, right now. You can take a deep breath and return to the feeling of “it is already mine, it is already normal, it is already inevitable” at any time
༄.° The inspired actions.
You control when you create, when you share, when you decide to move even without ‘proof’. You act as who you already are.
Everything else does not belong to you.
Date, people, circumstances, external responses, none of these are yours to control. This is reflex.
Your power lies only in what you choose to sustain within. And that is all you need.
