I'm very excited to share one of the cards I drew for the Malevolent Tarot Zine! The Two of Wands represents starting to explore a new and sometimes intimidating world. A plan must be acted on, a risk must be taken, and a decision must be made, in order to progress on your journey. As the saying goes, you can't make an omelette without biting off a few fingers (note: sounds wrong, fact check this before posting)

The second card I drew for @malevolenttarotzine! Definitely the one that was hardest to manifest from my brain into a visual image, and I'm proud of how it came together.
The five of cups is about loss, grief, regret, and the impossibility of letting go. Your path has turned sharply, unexpectedly, and nothing is okay, and from this angle it's difficult to see any hints of hope around you. I wanted the unwritten music sheets, and open side of the bathroom, to be those hints of hope in this version of the card. You won't forget, but one day you will draw strength from this experience, and make it to the five of cups reversed: acceptance, recovery.
My only gripe with season five of Malevolent is that we haven't seen Arthur do proper medieval stuff (besides getting the plague apparently) yet. He has a sword and a chest plate I want him to have a duel! I wanted him to pretend to be a prince longer! I adored the murder mystery tho I can't complain.
I drew him too clean lol. I yassified him I think, oops

Griddlehark malevolent AU,,, in which ¿investigator? harrow gets possessed by kiriona, a piece of an entity (can't decide if said entity is John, the King in yellow [BC of his personality and connection to Gideon], or Alecto, the Queen in yellow [BC she kinda sorta IS an elder god in tlt canon]. In whichever case the creepy yellow eyes just WORK).
only similitude between Harrow and Arthur might be the parent trauma. And the ghost/demon/possession shenanigans (they both get possessed every five minutes it's so... Funny? Sad?? Funny?). And the sword/chest plate/ knight aesthetic (Arthur just got a rapier like an episode ago!!!!)..... And the religion/god/faith issues. But still. I got obsessed with this idea and I had to draw it. You can pry this concept from my cold dead hands... If anyone GETS it please let me know, otherwise I'll just feel like I'm losing my mind......... Okay bye....

I really like how this one turned out the only problem is I think harrow didn't turn out looking harrow-like. Idk what it is. Something in the vibe idk.
