Every single damn day ..

I think it’s important to actually remember to allow yourself to feel the feels and not suppress them and compartmentalize. Of course, this is always easier said than done.

More than we realize, we’ve been conditioned since young, to process our emotions according to our parental figure needs and guidance. And it’s not until later on when you start to interact with others and navigate emotional regulation within relationships outside of family that you began to notice the challenges.

Never give up. Remember to be open to feedback and evaluation. Display your feelings as well as understanding the other individuals emotions. Continue to push through the day to day. While remembering to pause and give grace where it’s needed.

You’re doing a beautiful job. Give yourself some credit.. you deserve it! 🌟
