He doesn’t ask. He tells.
“Sit on the edge of the bed. Now.” His voice is low and authoritative as he snaps on the black latex gloves. I obey instantly, wearing nothing but a thin white tank top.
He steps close, towering over my smaller frame. Without warning, he yanks the neckline of my top down roughly and slides the stethoscope underneath. The icy metal disk presses hard against my warm skin.
“It’s going to be cold,” he states flatly, like it’s not up for discussion. “Deep breath in. Hold it.”
I gasp as the freezing circle drags slowly across my chest, right under my breast. My nipples harden instantly, stiff and obvious against the thin fabric. He doesn’t care how exposed I look. He just keeps commanding.
“Another deep breath. Deeper.” His gloved hand grips my shoulder firmly, holding me in place while he moves the cold disk with deliberate precision. The room falls silent except for my shaky breathing and the quiet shift of the stethoscope against my skin.
He presses it harder over my racing heart. “Again. Breathe in deep for me.”
The freezing metal glides teasingly close to my nipple, then brushes directly over the stiff peak. A helpless whimper slips out. He notices immediately.
“Heart rate just spiked,” he says, voice dark and satisfied. “Look at those nipples. So fucking hard already and I’ve barely started.”
He moves the stethoscope lower, pressing the cold disk firmly against the underside of my other breast, then slowly drags it upward until it’s circling my aching nipple again.
“Stay still,” he orders sharply when I squirm. His gloved hand tightens on my shoulder. “I want to hear exactly how wet this is making you.”
I’m throbbing between my thighs, breathing ragged, nipples painfully stiff under his clinical control. He’s not even touching me sexually yet, but the way he commands my body while listening to my racing heart makes me feel completely owned.
He leans in closer, lips brushing my ear as he presses the freezing metal right over my left nipple again.
“Breathe in… and don’t you dare look away from me.”
