hi, I'm here with my owner for the study. I'm really quite embarrassed with the tracking but I have that here too. my owner wants me to be cathetered so they can control when I release and asked if any forms of medical chastity are available. they think I pee when I'm excited.

Thanks for coming back for your study. I’ll have you and your owner follow me back to an exam room and we can get started. We will go over your bladder tracking to start…yes it seems like you are taking very frequent trips to the bathroom. I don’t think it’s unreasonable for your owner to want you catheterized, it’s not unheard of for some patients to urinate when overly excited and they can be quite tiresome for owners to manage. If you can please change into the gown and lie back and put your feet in the stirrups we can get started. Did you drink the full amount of water you were advised before your appointment? Good. I’m going to insert a catheter to drain your bladder and measure your output. Good, that was well within healthy margins. Now I will fill you with 200ml. Can you describe on a scale of 1-10 the level of fullness or urgency you feel? I’m removing the catheter now please hold your bladder as best as you can, you are not to release any until I direct you to. I just need to palpate your bladder now…stop squirming. Okay, there is a collection dish beneath you please fully release your bladder. Yes I know it’s unusual to try to urinate while laying on your back with your legs spread like this but it’s important for me to watch your release…. Good job. Let’s measure…yes as I suspected, you’re not fully releasing. I filled you with 200ml and you only expelled 155ml. We only need to repeate this process twice more with 350 and 500 ml. Based on how full you felt upon palpation with just 200ml I think you will struggle greatly with the full 500 which indicates your weakened bladder.

Yes I think your owner requesting you be catheterized is completely reasonable. Now that we’ve finished your bladder emptying study the catheter I’m inserting now will stay in place. I believe your bladder issues are a mix of weakness and the excitement triggering accidents. I will send your owner with a schedule for how often they should allow you to evacuate your bladder, requiring you to be full for larger parts of the day is a good way to train your bladder to better hold the amount it should be able to. I will also show them how to clean and take care of your catheter. You’ll come in every two weeks for an exam and every month we will change the catheter tube, but as long as you and your owner take proper care of your catheter you could be kept catheterized as long as desired!

As for medical chastity we have a variety of options, the choice depends on how long they would like to keep you locked up as well as if they’d like to be able to access your parts for their own pleasure periodically. On the more extreme side of things I have stitched a patient closed before so that all she had down there was the catheter tube hanging, I also stitched a plastic shield over her clitoris to prevent stimulation there. This was still reversible though, every month when it was time to change her catheter she was unstitched to be cleaned and examined then restitched. For less invasive options you could be fit with a variety of styles of chastity belts which are a better option if your owner wants to be able to easily access your parts for their own pleasure. You would have to ensure you keep the belt clean and clean the area surrounding the catheter daily to prevent infection.

You are so lucky to have an owner who care enough about you to put all the effort needed into keeping you catheterized and in chastity. I hope you appreciate how special that is.

I know I’m going to be admitted to inpatient for hysteria as soon as there is space but I’m wonder what you will do when I enter. For example, what tests will you preform on arrival? What will I wear/eat/drink/do? I know my condition is worsening so I really hope that you have space soon.

Of course, the day you arrive will be quite busy, first thing I’ll have you follow me back to my office where we will discuss your history and symptoms and sign some paperwork. From there we will head to an exam room and I’ll have you change into a gown to begin your intake exam. We will start with all the basics you’re familiar with, listening to your heart and lungs, blood pressure, range of motion and neurological tests. It might feel similar to your yearly check-up to start, perhaps more thorough as we will do an EKG and Echocardiogram as it’s important to rule out any cardiac defects before beginning your treatment regiment.

From here on out you will be in the stirrups. There’s a handful of safety straps that will ensure your legs stay in place in the stirrups but if you can keep yourself under control I may allow your upper body to go unrestricted. I’ll begin with a visual and digital exam palpating your outer sex before examining your clitoris. This is where many patients become antsy so if needed I can secure your upper body in place. It’s important to test your sensitivity as hypersensitivity is a common hysteria symptom. I will be pulling back your clitoral hood and stimulating the nerve with both my fingers and some tools and making note of your responses and wetness. Many patients have trouble staying quiet during this part of the exam but there’s no need to be embarrassed, it’s important for me to note all your reactions. I will continue with a digital internal exam where I insert two fingers into your vaginal canal to have a feel around, sometimes pushing on your uterus and ovaries through your abdomen to get a better feel. I will also preform a rectovaginal exam which is where one finger enters your rectum while the other stays in your vagina. I understand it might feel strange but it’s an important step in your exam.

Next the speculum comes out. I will examine your cervix and take some swabs. I should be able to gauge what stage of your cycle you are at based on the appearance of your cervix which is helpful information to note. I need to take a measurement of your uterus which involves one dilator inserted as deep as your womb will allow. This will feel like an intense cramp but it should be over quickly, if you’ve had an IUD placed before you’ve experienced this measurement being taken. If I don’t see anything of concern that’s all the exploration into your uterus I will do today. I will need to do a pelvic ultrasound, prior to doing so I will insert a catheter to fill your bladder to allow me a clearer picture. I will use both a transabdominal and transvaginal approach to ensure I’ve gotten a complete picture of your reproductive health. Once the ultrasound is complete I will drain your bladder and either remove the catheter or secure it if it will be kept in. That’s all for your intake exam!

Now we will get you cleaned up settled in your new room, my nurse or I will start an IV and at this stage we often introduce a light sedative to help with the anxiety that many feel upon this stage of admission. We will get you secured comfortably in bed and attached to your daily monitors. We will allow you to drink some water and time to rest while I go over all the data gathered in your exam and form your treatment plan. I will come back in after an hour or two to go over my findings and your treatment plan, this is a good time for you to ask any questions you have about your treatment. By this time it’s usually late afternoon, you’d probably be getting hungry. If you’ve been cooperative your hands will be freed to feed yourself when your dinner tray is brought in, however if you have perhaps had second thoughts about committing yourself and caused trouble we will be unable to free your hands and you will either be fed or have an NG tube placed. You should be pretty tired at this point, it’s been a long day for you. A nurse will come in and help you with necessary hygiene and administer your nighttime medications and you should find yourself easily falling asleep.

The next day we will begin your first day of treatment! How exciting! You’ll get used to the routine of treatments and testing with time.

Thankfully we have an opening for you so why don’t you come on in and we will get you admitted.

doctor, can you go over how electro stimulation works and what it feels like? why pick it over other methods like manual stimulation? I'm so curious!

Of course! It’s always smart to be informed of all your treatment methods. Let’s start at the beginning, manual stimulation is as it sounds, manually, with my hands or sometimes tools such as dilators, stimulating a patient often to climax but not always. It just depends on the nature of their treatment.

Now onto electro stimulation. Have you ever seen or used a TENS unit? The name is an acronym for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation which consists of two or more electrodes connected to an electrical unit that sends electrical impulses through targeted muscles which causes a contraction. A TENS unit is often used for pain management. What we do for electro stimulation is very similar and uses the same technology. What we have at the clinic is just a bigger version of the machine you might use at home for back pain. There’s a variety of different electrode probes we can use, in fact I have a picture with a handful of examples I will post along with this as a visual aid.

As for what electro stimulation feels like; When you use a tens unit it feels like a tingling sensation, it should be just below what is painful and often as you go about your day you don’t notice the sensation as much. The sensation in electro stimulation is about the same but it feels quite different when applied to such sensitive areas. What might feel like a mild tingle to your back is much different inside your vagina or rectum. It’s a much stronger sensation that many say is confusing, they think they don’t like the sensation yet it can produce very effective orgasms. There’s a variety of reasons I might decide on electro stimulation for a patient. It offers a stronger and more aggressive climax. It tends to happen quicker and it’s much easier when many climaxes are needed in a row. It can be tiring to for the treating physician to force 15 consecutive orgasms out of a patient with just one’s own hands. Electro stimulation frees the Doctor up to sit back and work on charting or other cooccurring treatments while he monitors the patient on the table. Electro stimulation affords a more consistent and predictable pattern of stimulation which also makes it a better option in research. There’s many more variables to account for when a Doctor preforms manual stimulation on a patient, how large are his fingers? Does his technique change slightly as his hands tire? The way one Doctor moves his hands for a similar manual stimulation procedure could be much different than another’s. Electro stimulation had a beautiful consistency! 

Electro stimulation is a truly wonderful tool to have at our disposal. Many patients find it very beneficial to their treatment.

Of course. The meds I sent home with your mommy should have been enough to keep the pain to a manageable level, if it’s not that could be a sign of a complication. Come on back and we will get you checked out. Once you’re changed into a gown the first thing I will do is look at your incision and ensure everything is healing as it ought to with no signs of infection. If everything looks clear there then I would like to preform an ultrasound. Due to the incision on your abdomen our only option is transvaginal to avoid contaminating the surgical site so you will be in the stirrups again. Has mommy been giving you the pills I sent home with you? There should have been one for pain and one antibiotic. A tummy ache is to be expected after a procedure such as this but not to such a degree that one can’t sleep. Before I begin the ultrasound, as the increased pressure could worsen the pain you’re feeling I’d like to give you a dose of morphine which would be intravenous so you’d have to be a good puppy and hold still for the needle, but that should ease the pain. Oh, and you might feel a bit fuzzy headed or tired, but don’t worry it’s just the medication helping you feel better. Perhaps you could close your eyes and let the medicine take you to dreamland while I examine you, you don’t need to be awake for that. When you wake up I’ll be able to say if you’ve gotten a clean bill of health and just need stronger pain management or if there’s something needing fixing. Just close your eyes puppy and let the meds take you away…

Patient: XXXX DOB: 12/14/2005

Patient was brought in by his Daddy for his first vaginal stretching session. Patient was unaware of the reason for his appointment upon arrival. Patient was brought back to procedure room 3 by Nurse Becca. Pulse 84. Oxygen Saturation 98%. Blood Pressure 134/89. Becca ensured Patient changed into a gown and connected him to a 6 lead EKG. Patient seemed nervous upon presentation. He was seated on the table, unable to hold still, fidgeting. I conversed with Patient’s Daddy to ensure we were on the same page about today’s procedure. Patient’s heart and lungs sound clear, although his heart was beating rapidly. Patient follows instructions well, allowing me to look in his eyes, ears, mouth, and nose with no issue.

I Instructed the Patient to lie back and secured his legs in the stirrups. His Daddy stood to the side of the table and held both his hands. I position my light, tools, and stool between his legs before scrubbing and donning a procedural gown and gloves. Upon visual inspection Patient's vagina appears healthy and unchanged from last week’s check-up aside from being freshly shaven, as recommended pre-procedure. I palpate the labia majora and minora, no defect detected. Digital vaginal exam reveals no defect either. I inform Patient that we are ready to begin. “Begin what?” Patient asks, indicating his lack of knowledge of the reason for his visit. I explain that he is here for the first of his weekly manual stretching sessions as he is much tighter than a boy his age should be, pulse increased to 102 bpm, indicating his apprehension. With Patient’s Daddy’s consent I continue. I inform the Patient of the two well lubricated fingers entering his vaginal canal and that he should expect a mild stretching as I scissor my fingers inside him. Patient emits a small groan of discomfort, as to be expected. I continue working the two fingers in and out of his vagina until I feel him relax. I inform Patient of the third finger as I work the third finger in. I remind my Patient that he is doing well but he shows signs of distress, Daddy firmly holds Patient in place while offering words of comfort. Pulse increased to 110, oxygen saturation dropped to 94%. I use my free hand to feel the Patient’s femoral pulse as I instruct him to take slow deep breaths, he’s hyperventilating. Daddy coaches Patient through a series of deep breaths and his stats stabilize. I reassure my Patient that he is doing well, we are halfway through now. I leave my three fingers unmoving inside his vaginal canal until he’s adjusted to the fullness.

I inform the Patient that now I need his participation, I instructed him to squeeze down on my fingers for ten seconds. While apprehensive he complies. Whining slightly before I reach ten and allow him to release. We repeat this process four more times with 30 second intervals of rest between each squeeze. Before the second to last set the Patient quietly stated that he “can’t take anymore” Daddy’s reassurance helped and I remind him that he only needs to do it two more times. Patient took a deep breath to prepare himself before the fourth squeeze. During the final rest period Daddy wiped away the tears that had accumulated on the Patient’s face. “Last time” I remind the Patient. He nods indicating he’s prepared and I begin the count. I feel his vaginal walls spasm against my fingers on the last squeeze. Patient releases a sigh of relief as the last count ends. I withdraw my fingers and clean him up. As I clean I began discussing aftercare with Patient’s Daddy, he should expect to feel sore for a day or two post stretching but there should be little pain. If Patient complains of pain beyond a mild soreness he should be brought back in sooner, otherwise he will return at the same time next week for his next stretching session. I remind Patient that he did a good job and was very brave. I reminded them both that with each treatment it will get easier.

I release Patient’s legs from the stirrups and help him sit up. I take repeat vitals: Pulse 82. Oxygen saturation 98%. Blood pressure 128/86. I disconnect Patient from the monitors. Patient is responsive and alert, albeit tired. As to be expected. Patient is cleared to go home. As promised, he got a lollipop on his way out.

Despite his anxiety and obvious distaste for being on my table, Patient was overall cooperative and I believe will respond well to further treatment.

and why am I tied down, I really thought admiting myself meant I could leave and I'm so needy that the air blowing on my parts makes it worse.

what treatments am I starting? and can I please get up to use the restroom? it would at least let something touch my parts and being full makes the discomfort worse so I'm less able to get off.

I'm begging for you to let me touch myself.

Unfortunately that’s not the case. Maybe you should have read the paperwork after all. But not to worry, it’s all for the best. No you can’t get up to use the restroom but I can take care of that full bladder for you, it’s about time for your first treatment session anyway and I prefer to have patients catheterized for manual stimulation. Reduces embarrassing messes.

You’ll be starting manual stimulation therapy, you should be pleased. You don’t get to touch yourself, but I think this should suffice. As it’s your first treatment session I don’t yet know the therapeutic dose required so the amount of climaxes you will be experiencing is unknown as of yet. Once I see how your body responds to treatment we will know more. But many patients become such hypocrites. Please touch me! Then No more, no more! Oh well. Doing what’s best for your health isn’t always pleasant.

You very well might embarrass yourself, but you wouldn’t be the first. Doctors and anesthetists are used to patients like you, it’s more common than you’d think. The adrenaline mixed with anxiety and confusion of being in the operating room with so many people touching you makes even those without a fetish have some embarrassing reactions. By the time a patient gets on the table and connected to the monitors their heart rate is often already racing. Then comes the many gloved hands positioning you, starting an IV if they haven’t yet, you can hear as tools are set up around you. Hands positioning and securing you to the table. You feel any control you thought you had slipping away. Then your head is tilted back and the mask comes down. This is when you’re most likely to have an embarrassing erection, but I’m sure from the moment you walked in the OR team saw it coming. They seem to have a way of telling before the EKG can give it away who is excited and ashamed to be on their table.

Do you think the OR staff place bets on who is going to have a tented gown when the mask comes down? Do you think you’ll even remember your humiliating hard-on when you wake up in recovery?

I’m afraid desensitizing while a smart idea on the surface would only make your problem worse. I imagine you’d be getting stiff just looking forward to your appointment. I’m afraid any attempt to desensitize you would do the opposite and reinforce your reactions.

It’s okay, I’m sure the surgeons and nurses will be nothing but professional once you are out, right?

Hi Doctor!

I know you started working with puppies and bunnies, so I was wondering if you can help me with my problem! My puppy has been too excited lately, and he keeps trying to hump me! I know he just wants to play, but I’m worried he’ll hurt himself or me! He’s a pretty big puppy! Do you have any tips on how to deal with puppies like that? He’s my first puppy, and I don’t want my daddy to think I can’t take care of him!

Oh my, it sound like you have your hands full! Thankfully there are plenty of options for naughty pups like yours. There’s the more radical options such as having your puppy “fixed” or sterilized. We’d remove your puppy’s puppy making parts which is known to reduce humping along with many other bad behavioral habits by mellowing out a puppy’s overall temperament. But I imagine I’d need to discuss this with your Daddy if we go the radical route.

There’s many good lesser invasive options at our disposal, which are preferable if your Daddy has plans to breed the pup down the line. Cages/harnesses that block access to the puppy’s parts are what I recommend most owners try first if they aren’t sure about sterilization. You might notice a temporary uptick in humping/grinding, whining, and some other naughty behaviors as he adjusts to his confinement. Despite how futile it is many pups can’t help humping in a pathetic attempt to feel something down there. But as they come to get used to and accept their new restrictions you should see the humping stop. Now, one of the downsides is this can make keeping your puppy clean a bit trickier. Since your puppy is so much bigger than you, you might need Daddy’s help when you unlock him for cleaning, lesser behaved pups are likely to let instinct take over and either hump or even go at it with their own paws. I wouldn’t want your pent up puppy hurting you by accident, sometimes they really can’t help this behavior after being locked up and denied. You could have Daddy hold the pup down while you clean him up, after all, cleaning up after the puppy is still your responsibility.

There’s a third option that some find preferable to the previous as the humping usually ceases the same day. I could inject lidocaine which is a wonderful medication, you might have experienced it say, at a dental appointment. Also called local anesthetic, lidocaine numbs an area. Usually just for a couple hours but when inject into a nerve it works as a nerve block that can last about a week. The downside for you is you’ll to bring your puppy back once a week to get repeat injections. Each treatment option has downsides for puppy, in this case the injections themselves are quite rough on poor pups. It’s such a sensitive area to have needles, and if you’ve ever had lidocaine injections yourself, you know it stings going in. He’d be swollen for a day or so after the procedure but after a couple moments of shock and disappointment at their lack of feeling down there they quickly seem to forget about their puppy parts all together.

Perhaps you and your Daddy should bring your puppy in so I can take a look at him and go over our treatment options to let you both decide. You seem like an excellent dog owner! I’m proud of you for taking such good care of your first puppy’s health. I’m sure he’s due for his checkup and shots anyway, oh, do you want him microchipped while he’s here? I strongly advise it, what if your precious puppy gets loose? This way whoever finds him knows who he belongs to, even if he isn’t wearing his collar, although I do hope you are keeping him collared for his own safety.
