The swim team manager gets a speedo and even though he doesn't swim competitive as his job is managing gear and keeping stats. Its still important he wear the team uniform. Making him one of the guys.

One of his important jobs is to cheer the guys on holding their mascot at the end of the lanes. And getting wet to move the lane lines when its time for diving.
