Her response was what would make him consciously go on the defensive, the racer suddenly appalled by the fact that someone he'd just started talking to was already being so rude. He'd even been somewhat polite, given the time of day! (well, in the beginning at least) Scowling to himself, Blurr would take a sip of his energon and flop on one of his plush couches before responding.
Feeling somewhat irritated, as he was sure she was expecting, his next reply would clearly relay that emotion. ::Alright, Velocity, listen here. I do realize that perhaps one of my earlier remarks was a bit biting, -and I offer my apologies for that, it's been a long day- but it was hardly to the point to warrant such a response as that. I can only guess by your description of yourself you were involved in something political- something I stayed out of, so pardon me for not recognizing a designation I may have heard years ago when I was obsessed with little more than satisfying hedonistic urges.
