Turn Up The Bass || Execution
Tsukiko sat in the middle of an empty room without doors or windows, the walls were made completely out of panel loud speakers, the use of which would soon become known. Voices began to come out of the speakers little whispers, speaking of how no one cared about her, how dangerous she was, among other mean remarks. As the voices became louder, Tsukiko went to hug her rabbit but found that it had disappeared, leaving her completely alone for the first time in her life. She began to panic, trying to get away from the voices who were starting to hurt her ears from the sheer volume they were speaking.
She sat in the center of the room again, covering her ears in a fetal position. Then blood started to trickle out of her ears and mix with the tears thatâd already fallen to the floor. The voices continued increasing in volume until she seemingly jumped and fell back onto the floor, her eyes devoid of life.
Forest Voices || Prologue
It had been a couple hours since everyoneâs mysterious awakening and the sun had notably begun the set. What little light there was to begin with was fleeting, making the clearing even more difficult to see through. It didnât look like In fact it seemed like the wildlife around you were starting to become more active. Treeâs rustling mysterious, howling and cawing birds echoed throughout the forest as you all stood around lost and without a clear way home. Were you really going to be forced to stay out all night in this creepy forest until helped around? Vulnerable to the dangerous wildlife and creatures around it with no protection?
Before anyone could speak up to try and get together a plan you all heard something very peculiar and out of place. While faint at first, you nearly thought it to be just another part of the wildlife around until they gradually got louder and closer. It was footsteps. Multiple footsteps matter of fact. Whoever, or whatever, was out there was getting closer to your location with each step; And whatever it was certainly wasnât alone. Just as you all begin to prepare for the worst you hear something.
 A voice.
"Ah-! Over here, I found them!â
No Way Out || Yuudai Miyamoto || Prologue
Lifting his head off the ground, Yuudai let out a soft groan while raising his hand to his face. His head was spinning. This area was unfamiliar. In fact, wasnât he just standing outside of a school? There was something very off about whatever had just happened. Something about it was⊠Astonishing.
He brought himself to his feet, grinning widely. For a moment he did not realise the others around him, and really, he did not care.
âAhh⊠How sinister⊠I love it, I must say. I really do!â
He spoke in an upbeat tone while examining the thick woods he was lost in along with his peers. This was the exact opposite of a problem in his eyes. The amount of negative outcomes he could think of came in countless amounts.
âOh, I canât wait for what will happen to us! Disaster? Chaos? Death? All of these possibilities are so thrillingâŠâ
Yuudai quickly scanned over the new faces around him. So, these are the others involved in this? He couldnât wait to see how others would react to the events that were ahead of them.
Tsukiko sat at the base of a large tree with her knees brought up close to her chest, creating a little crevice where a large plush bunny sat. She was wide awake and yet she still felt like she was in a dream. But dreams were usually nicer than this, they had candy, and bunnies, and that one guy that kept rapping about a weed. She didn't know where he'd come from but he was cool at least. Tsukiko closed her eyes and shook her head to clear her mind. She should be thinking about how to find civilisation and get back home! After all there was a lot of things she had to do. But... she wasn't sure how she'd do that right now... The small girl lightly rested her chin on the large plush rabbit's head and sighed quietly, though it was nothing more than a long exhale.
Tsukiko looked out at the other students talking to each other, but there was one guy that said something about.... death? What? That's when he began looking around and she made a solid second of eye contact with the guy. Tsukiko quickly shifted her gaze and looked down, she didn't want to get involved with anyone that was eager to talk about death and danger... that was only ok in anime, and last time she'd checked, this wasn't an anime.
She usually wasn't one to approach someone, let alone someone that would look at a less than comforting situation and excitedly mention death, so she wouldn't. She sat there, staring at the floor besides her, only taking a quick peek every now and then to check if he was still facing in her direction.
ïŒÎÎÎïŒïŒ) | Tsukiko | Prologue | Open
The large stuffed rabbit was the only comfort provided to the small girl curled against the trunk of a large tree. She murmured in her sleep, some unseen horror evoking frightful whispers from her. What that horror was, would forever be unknown to the girl as when her eyes fluttered open all memory of what her nightmare had been about disappeared from her mind. Leaving only a sense of dread which became even stronger as she realised where she was. Or to be more exact, where she wasnât.Â
Gone was the slightly daunting building that would take up most of her time for the next three years and in itâs place, a dark forest that was without a doubt inhabited by something other than the 17 equally confused students only now gathering their wits.Â
In Tsukikoâs experience, when one intends to walk through a door, they do exactly that and not faint only to wake up in a forest. What was that all about? Every attempt to recall what had happened before she wound up here only resulted in a dull pain in her head.Â
Although she was afraid, her face showed nothing but a curious indifference, her purple eyes observing everyone in her vicinity. Would they like her? Her original goal of wanting to make friends was still applicable even though she knew nothing of her fellow victims. âItâs ok to dreamâ she thought. With that said, Tsukiko took a deep breath as a means of gaining what little courage she had, patted her back pocket to make sure here PS Vita was still there -which it was- and slowly approached the closest person.Â
Tsukiko gently tugged on the personâs clothing and looked up at them, ââŠâ a panic set in, what was she supposed to say?? Sheâd already disturbed them so she couldnât run away now, âAh- D-do you like forests?â Good start Tsukiko, at least you tried.
Into The Woods || Prologue Start
As you slowly come to your senses and sit yourself upright you find yourself to have awoken in the middle of what appears to be a small forest clearing, one of the few spots not covered with the dense large pine trees around you. Despite being in the clearing youâre not offered much in terms of lighting. The sky above is cloudy and grey, just barely illuminating the area youâve awoken at while the rest of the woods around you is eerie and dark. The entire place gives off dark vibe, unsettling you deeply. While you canât even see deep into the woods around you, as a thick and eerie fog covers it all, you swear you can feel eyes on you and hear occasional footsteps from distant creatures.
This didnât make sense, you were just at Hopeâs Peak Academy werenât you?
It doesnât take you long to notice that youâre not alone either. Seventeen other teenagers lie around you waking up and seemed just as equally disoriented and confused as yourself. Lost, but not alone, deep within the woods.
âŠJust where exactly were you?
