HoW DO I GET BACK INTO MY PRACTICE ! Sorry but any advice I'm in such a witchy rut I wanna do some big magic and not feel so stuck in my practice what can I do!

lay in a patch of light, clutch an object of significance tightly in hand, move slowly with your mind through your body asking the magic to re-enter each part in turn. sleep with a bowl of water on a bedside table and the object submerged in it. strike a match the moment you wake.
