hi, mason! i have a q and would really appreciate it if you could give me your opinion because it's something that worries me a lot. so, how do you know that the reality you go to is as real as this one? meaning, how do you know that it's actually a real world that exists on its own and not just something in your mind or consciousness? i understand that it feels (or can feel) just as real as this reality, but there is a difference between feeling real and BEING real.
whatever we mean by "real" may differ, but i mean real in the sense that, it's as real as this reality we live in. not just a hyper-realistic and very long dream or something similar. that people/beings there are as real as we are.
Hello!
Let me ask you something back. How do you know that this place is ''real?''
What defines something as real?
I have been to realities that feel so much more vivid, so much more intense, so different from this place, that I'd almost call this reality a dream compared to them.
Does that make this reality 'not real?'
That's the thing with existence, with realities in general. They're all real. Of course they're real. But they don't all feel like this place. There are places that feel like dreams, places that feel blander, or much more vivid. Some realities are more a concept of existence, like places where thousands of colours blend together. Whereas some places might represent something closer to this reality.
This reality is not the base of anything. We here aren't any more real than dream characters. The difference is just that you're experiencing it right now, and have been most of your life.
Shifting is not just based on what you experience here, so the way it feels can really depend on your intentions and desires. But it is real. People are just as real, feelings are just as real. It's not a dream. It is a dream. It is anything in between. Just like how life here might feel ''real'' right now, but if you'd tell someone in a completely different reality about it, they might refer to it as unrealistic or dream-like.
I know that it sounds complicated to comprehend. But all you need to know is that shifting is not some hyperrealistic dream within this reality. It's something completely separate, and something above what you could ever experience here. In your words, it is very real, it doesn't just feel like it💚
