Since June 10, or 1300 miles ago, I've been complaining to @fordofventura that I've experienced deceased performance and surging. This was immediately following spark plug servicing as outlined in a TSB from @ford . The response I got was to bring it back if a check engine light came on. There was no offer to check the plugs it any other part of the system to identify the fault. Well, today I realized the full ineptitude of your service staff while simultaneously gaining validation that I'm not stupid.
