Fandom: Yu-Gi-Oh! Relationships: Puzzleshipping, Peachshipping (one-sided) Rating: Teen and Up Tags: Alternate Universe, Same-Sex Marriage, Fake Marriage (maybe they fall in love along the way, Comedy, Drama, Fluff, Some Angst Summary: Atem and Yugi have been close before, but after his father's death 4 years ago, they have become inseperable. Now they have graduated, and without a warning, Atem is in danger to be send back to Egypt. It was something they were afraid of but hoped wouldn't happen so soon.

Without any proper ideas left, they somehow accepted their fate. Until his grandfather came up with something that sparked a new idea in Yugi - and with it hope.

Will it last though? Chapter: 1/11 (<- Link!) Author's Notes: I actually haven't planned to publish this anywhere so soon, but after writing on various stuff for the past months, I suddenly WANTED to publish something here again.

And here we are with my beloved Marriage AU 💜 I had the idea for a long time already - I think the earliest was 2017? - but I took my time with actually writing it until it felt right. And with Puzzlejune and some prompts, and having friends around me to support my writing I felt energetic enough to actually start writing it!

Though, this story will receive a special treatment: Normally I'm REALLY unsecure about my initial writing, and tend to edit EVERYTHING after I'm done. With this, I got the feeling I overedit a lot of my works, and I feared that the flow would go missing and everything would just be bad. With this writing I actually DON'T WANT TO EDIT (heavily), and basically publish it as it is. I don't have a beta reader so I'm trusting my programs with showing me my mistakes, but besides that, this one will be published nearly raw. This also means the length of chapters might vary, so... I'm curious how this will go!

Currently I'm planning to keep this around 10 to 11 chapters, I'm not quite sure yet. I'm on a high right now, and a lot of stuff is already in my head, and I'M POSITIVE that I will be able to publish a new chapter at least once a month, since I still have other projects next on the line (but with no editing it should work better).

Hello and welcome! I think you stumbled over here from my main blog or wherever I have published this (I don't know yet, it might be distributed everywhere or nowhere), so I'm happy to welcome you here 🤗 A few points about myself: I'm Sunny, she/her, 30+ and living in Germany. I mostly write Fanfictions in the Yu-Gi-Oh! DM fandom, so this blog will be mostly about this. I do have some own personal projects, but I haven't focussed on them in years, since I just enjoy writing fanfiction more! What will you see here?: Mainly some thoughts and ideas about potential plotlines, little scenes that won't go out of my head, maybe some prompts or even impromptu writing. I also want to post updates on fics and projects, since I have rekindled my love for it heavily over the past months and feel confident enough to post and share my works with the world wide web. And of course mourning and wailing about the writers life. We like to suffer lol It might evolve during the time though, since nothing is set in stone!

This blog is very fresh and new, so many things might change over time. I'm still new to tumblr so there will be some rookie mistakes, so if you see anything, feel free to point it out to me!
