I dont know if u r open for request besides the undead ones... but can i request for haikyuu drabble with knight atsumu falling in love with fellow knight reader who he sees as a rival?

a/n: hey guys! This the first of many in the soldier, poet, king series! relax, don't be shy, requests are open for this and everything else so don't be shy to leave a request in my ask box! Let's get started!
 "how many did you catch huh? I captured 3!"
 "3? How pathetic~ I got 5! Beat that!"
 Atsumu groaned out in frustration atop his noble steed. He nuzzled his face into his horse's mane before looking up to see you, arms crossed, looking at him with a big, triumphant smile on your face.
 He got down and tied his horse up in the stables, petting it slightly before going out to meet you face to face, a smirk on his face. "bet you can't catch 5 more tomorrow." he answered, arms crossed.
 "it's on," you answered, nodding your head before walking into the castle to give your report to commander Aran about the captured thieves that morning.
 Atsumu will prove that he is a better knight than you.
 He made sure he got up early and covered Suna's schedule which the tired ally was grateful for, and took off on his stallion for some early morning patrol. He was out so early to catch more crime than you and maybe visit his brother downtown for some newly baked rolls of bread.
 He opens the shop door, the small bell jingling to alert Osamu that a new customer was there. The grey-haired boy came out from the back to see his twin in armor with a cheeky smile on his face.
 But the smile didn't last long.
 Atsumu looked around and spotted you, armor and all, taking a cute and smug bite in one of the newly baked cookies the dear baker did. Atsumu scoffed before leaning on the counter and giving his best puppy eyes.
 "your dear brother is hungry~! Can I get some of your best bread, Osamu?" he asked, looking back to your giggling stance.
 "you have to beg for your food? You're a knight, not a  beggar." you taunted, laughing at your joke.
 He didnât know if you were laughing at him or just something else in general but seeing that sight made the pace of his heart quicken.
 He felt like running over to you.
 But what was he thinking? He can't fall in love with you when you were his rival?
 But maybe that statement was too late.
 Aran called all the knights up to the courtyard for an announcement on the day Atsumu was planning to drop the bets and small petty arguments and tell you how he felt about you, how his heart beats quicker than normal when you're around him, teasing, and taunting him.
 How he can't get enough of your prideful smile when you do better than him.
 He just can't get enough of you.
 Once all the guards were lined up, he immediately called you out of the line. Atsumu gulped, were you going to get humiliated in front of the others? He can't handle that. But before he can speak up, Aran cut him off.
 "congrats (l/n) you are now going to get promoted up to the commander," Aran said with a smile, looking at the other knights with the same look on their faces. The blond knight sighed in relief as he looked at you with a smile that wasn't in happiness or irritation but sadness. He was supposed to end the bets and fighting himself but this new position did It for him.
 You looked back at him and sucked in a breath before bowing in front of Aran. "I'm sorry sir, but I refuse to take this position other than these circumstances." you simply said, standing straight to look back at him. "you either promote Atsumu or both of us sir," you said, before walking over to him to take his hand and drag him to look you in the eyes, making the taller knight blush. Why would you do this in front of the others?
 "so? You look like you've been trying to say something to me all day. mind telling me what that is?" you asked, the same cheeky smirk on your face combatting his embarrassed one. He looked away, took a deep breath before looking back at you.
 "first off, why would you refuse the promotion? Second, why are you doing this in front of the others, and third, do you like me?" he said, gaining a bit more confidence in each question. You giggled before slipping your fingers into the gap of his armor and pulling him down for a hot and fiery kiss.
 You pull away first, breath ragged, letting the cheers from your friends die down before you answer a beet red Atsumu.
 "First, you deserve the promotion more and I still want to be able to banter and have fun with you." you said, pulling him back down for a kiss, "second, your blushing face needs to be remembered by everyone." you added, looking at the knights who were cheering with glee, you pull him one more time. "finally, yes. I like you back knight atsumu." you finally answered, the cheers getting louder around you.
 But you couldn't hear it. The only thing you could hear was atsumu's laugh before he pulled you in by the waist for the 4th kiss of that day.
 OKAY! Hope that wasn't that cheesy but I had so much fun embarrassing him In front of other guards, I just couldn't resist lolol hope you guys enjoy this! Remember that requests are open! Love you guys so much â¤đâ¤đ
