"Everyone looked pretty good. Congrats t' a pal, even though I just met'cha."

âCallie and Marieâs performance was wonderful, wasnât it?â
She didnât know they would be performing (nor did she know they were performers in the past) but it was a pleasant surprise! She didnât know what kind of music to expect, but in the end found herself enjoying it.
âI think the hosts made a good choice in who they got to perform tonight~â
âHonestly, yea... didnât think Iâd enjoy âem too much but here we are.â Mustard has a deep respect for duo bands or music groups, and seeing the two perform rekindled that flame. This city was big, and everyone seemed to be at the party. Well, not everyone, but a good handful. Anyone who performed in front of a big crowd, especially with a group as small as just two, gets huge respect points from her.
âIt looked like theyâre natural performers... dâya know if theyâve done this stuff before?â

The child watches from the outskirts of the crowd as she sees Niko walking in. A grand target to try and scare. I mean, whatâs the point of dressing up like a ghoul if youâre not gonna try and startle a few people?
She pulls her hood over her head, weaving her way through the crowd. âShowtime.â The unsuspecting victim stops at one of the snack tables, a perfect time to strike. If he falls into the table, that might just add to the hilarity of the situation.
She creeps her way out of the crowd, slowly approaching Niko. Suddenly, she grabs ahold of his sides, and lets out a horrendous shriek, wearing a smile that could only be described as deranged.

âYo, is that real?â
She points at all of the exposed patches of hair on Sunny, almost analyzing it with a careful eye. It sure looks real, but sometimes people get super extra with their costumes, and she isnât an exception. Thereâs fake blood practically âdrenchingâ her overcoat, everything seems to be handmade, and the bat isnât solely just a prop.
âIâm not sayinâ that to be rude nâ all, Iâm just impressed by yer work.â She seems genuine about something, for once.

Sheâs not old enough to drink, but when has that ever stopped her from sitting at the bar. She looks around the room, looking at everyoneâs costumes. Lots of vampires, but the craftsmanship is pretty impressive, so thatâs fine.
Mustard looks down the line of people sitting at the bar. A few seats away, one person catches her eye. Sheâs not sure what theyâre supposed to be, but it sure as hell is impressive.
She waves over at them to get their attention. âNice costume bud, ya almost fooled me that youâre actually a snake dude.â
this child is really extra w/ her costumes.....
yo.... like this post for a starter cuz party time halloween......

Following his usual route to the beach, Niko cut through the park for a change of pace. After work he liked to go to the beach to unwind and relax, maybe nap in the water for a bitâŚit was a lot cozier than where he currently called home. As he stroller through, he noted something odd in the trees. AâŚperson? What were they doing up there? They seemed to be asleep, that wasnât exactly the safest thing to do.
âUh, excuse me! You really shouldnât sleep up there, you could fallâŚâ
The voice startled Mustard awake, almost making her fall out of the tree. She keeps her grip, and looks down at the man. âYea, I know, Iâm not up here willingly.â Sheâs still hanging on the branch, lying on her stomach. âEy, couldâja help me out here? I...â She points down, trying to imply the drop was too far for her to just jump down herself. âIâm a lilâ stuck âere.â
The kid wasnât expecting any real help in this city, uncooperativity landed her in this tree in the first place... sort of.
mediumofthestars:
⯠Itâs a Munchlax, actually, but I suppose that heâs still considerably big compared to the sorts of cats and dogs. His ears do make him seem like some sort of obese cat thatâd make Garfield run for his money. Itâs not helped by the fact that heâs smelled some treat coming from Mustardâs purse and is trying to open it.
⯠Thankfully, his owner is closeby to stop a tragedy from happening. âGlutton, NOOOO!!â She pulls the Munchlax away, for she noticed the cookie girlâs shouts. âBad boy, bad! You canât just go around stealing food like that! I-Iâm so sorry for that, miss!â Maya bows in apology.
When the Munchlax was pulled away, she swats at the air some more, and clutches the bag. She frantically looks inside, checking if something had been stolen. This would just account for more trouble if anything got lost...
Mustard looks up, seeing the other girl restraining (well, sort of,) the Pokemon. She was probably itâs owner, or maybe just someone who wanted one of these fellas pretty badly. It was named, so itâs safe to presume this was Mayaâs. Again, Mustardâs never been too good of a judge of character, for the most part.
âYeesh, couldâja keep just another eye on yer friend there? I canât afford to lose anythinâ in this bag right now, let alone be caught wrestlinâ with an animal for it...â
âYâall are mostly adults as far as I know. If i see any oneâa ya dabbing, weâre gonna have problems.â
Mustard kicks down the door of whoever's apartment she's entering, holding all sorts of orange and black ribbons and decorations.
"DUDE."
"IT'S HALLOWEEN."
65 questions: 29, 41, 52, 63
29 - What is your favorite expletive?
âEasy, dickweed. Canât use it too often, or it sorta loses itâs hit. At least to me.â
41 - What is your favorite milkshake flavor?
âI donât wanna make my friend feel bad, but Strawberryâs the way to go.â
52 - How long could you go without talking?
âIâm not too talkative in the first place, so maybe a few hours or so. Maybe the day, if Grams doesnât come nâtalk to me.
63 - Which is cooler: dinosaurs or dragons?
âMy friend would tackle me if he heard me say this, but dragons. Dinosaurs are cool, but dragons are exactly that plus cool breath and wings.â
â˘
Mustard sticks out her tongue and plants her hands in her pockets, leaning back on her heels. âLookie here, Iâm a big olâ pool noodle who can do a total of one ollie until fallinâ off mâ skateboard.â She runs off with her legs bent to the side and falls over, with the sound of a faint, pained âFUCKâ leaving the area.
That wasnât apart of the imitation.
[Poor imitations]
⏠- a friend/best friend memory
âAre ya sure thatâs how it goes?â
The kid watches as her (sort-of) uncle is trying to weld a hunk of metal to their car. Heâs only been brought along because heâs... sort of made of fire. Theyâve been at this for hours, and trying to fix a busted engine isnât easy. Sheâs tried giving him pointers of what to do and where to put what, but at this point sheâs 100% certain theyâve probably just broke the damn thing 2 hours ago.
Mustard hops off a box, and goes to check inside the hood. âOk, no, no, stop.â She pushes him away, sending him stumbling back a little bit.
âWhatâs the big issue?â
âItâs been busted already, you donât gotta keep goinâ for it.â
âWhy couldnât you tell me sooner?â
âI was sitting far away, and couldnât see. Yâshould know this.â
The man sighed. âWell, I tried.â
âGood enough. Iâll just get Grams, sheâll find like, 800 ways tâfix this.â

50 questions: 1, 2, 4, 17, 37
1. How does your muse feel about seafood?
âI live with a giant piece of seafood. It smells, but not in the way youâd expect a giant octopus to smell like. My nose just hurts thinking about it...â
2. What is their favorite piece of technology?
âEasy, my...â She pats her pockets, jacket and pants.
âHuh. Couldaâ swore I had my phone on me.â
4. Was their anything their parents pushed them to do? (e.g. sports, theatre, band)
âEugh, my parents tried really hard to get me into dance. Iâd rather jump offaâ bridge.â
17. Does your muse pray, whether it be to a god or some other force?
âYou got the wroooong person for that one, buddy. I ainât gonna judge if you do, but me, nah.â
37. Did your muse ever own a Tamagatchi?
âI know someone who does. Pretty nice, once ya get past the 18 layers of pure anxiety and other junk.â
