So I have been trying to figure out what I love about your art/how you made me fall down this rabbit hole of monster fu**ers, and I think I finally nailed it. I don't think it every appealed to me before because it was so much like RAWR POWER DYNAMIC/NonCon stuff, but your art, a lot of it might still have the powerdynamic aspect but they are so....tender with each other, so loving and careful and soft, and it is really really compelling and I love it. Like the smut is great but like Trechan curled up, and so gentle with Ionora made me all gooey inside. I know you are taking a break, well deserved, but I just wanted to tell you it is really, really good art...makes you feel stuff. So thank you!

Even though I personally work with noncon in the monsterfucking genre from time to time, and find these heavy power dynamics very appealing, there’s always a certain tenderness and closeness in so many of my works. That includes all my webcomics, since both Berserkir and TOC deal heavily with the feeling of loneliness and emotional intimacy!

Fanfiction maintains a conversation around the IP! There is NO WAY to enjoy harry potter in 2025 without publicly supporting JK Rowling!
Please stop fucking reading it so the library doesn't have to pay her money. I am a transgender librarian and I am not allowed to not replace old damaged HP books, people read them so we need to have them on our shelves, and what she does with the money doesn't factor into it.

August Hiatus
Heya!
Hope you're all been having a good July - because unfortunately, mine was full of bad luck 🥴
Earlier this month, my pc broke, so I had to replace it (with the modern CPU prices, you can imagine how much that one hurt lol) and now, my drawing tablet broke down as well. Which means I can't draw right now, so I'm going on a forced hiatus.
I was actually planning to take a break in September to recharge my energy, especially since I’ve been working practically nonstop for the last 3 months, but I’m moving that up now.
Berserkir and The Ouroboros Candle will be on hiatus starting next week (no early pages for Berserkir next week, just the regular updates; sorry about that!). For the next 3–4 weeks, there will probably be a few fewer posts from me, but I’ll be posting some WIPs and behind-the-scenes content for Queen’s Guard, especially here on Patreon. Maybe some fun sketches that I can do on my ipad, but more complex work like comic work needs to be done on my big boy tablet and pc.
Speaking of Queen’s Guard - I’m SO glad I managed to finish Part 05 in time!! I would've been so mad if my tablet broke before I got that one done! Part 06 is going to be very long, so I’ve decided to make it an illustrated short story. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough time to release Part 06 as a full comic (it's just a side project after all!), so I’ll be writing this part and adding full-color spot illustrations. I’ll also be posting some WIPs for you here and there! :)
So, yeah, I had a lot of bad luck in July. I received some health diagnoses that have really changed my life, my dog got injured, and I’ve had an enormous amount of work on my plate. I’m sorry that this hiatus is coming so suddenly, but maybe it’s for the best. I could really use a break and look forward to being back for you full-time in September!
