I have so many things to say about it:

The way Carter's face drops the moment he even HEARS Paul's voice

The way Abby just gently goes 'Carter' because what is she supposed to say?? How does she help him through this??

The subtle glance Carter makes in the direction of Paul's wife and kid before he tells Paul that he's glad he's okay. Yet again, Carter is prioritising the emotional wellbeing of others even if it is AWFUL on his own

The rising of that familiar music so that the viewer is right with Carter in reliving everything

The flinch and jerking look behind him in the bathroom as the PTSD properly kicks in and he becomes terrified that Paul is there again

The brief turn away before immediately having to turn back again to puke
