Bad guy uses a spell that basically acts like sex pollen to Peter and Tony. Unable to control themselves, they begin to tear at each other's clothes, limbs tangled, wild thrusting.
Twenty minutes later, the other Avengers in the other room are both disturbed and confused as to why the two are still going at it considering they broke the spell almost immediately after it was cast.
Or perhaps there was never really a spell at all and it was all just the powers of suggestion and leaning into what they really wanted.

GUYS, I figured out part two if post-resurrection/canon divergence:
Peter only thinks it's Karen switching to Mr. Stark's voice. He doesn't realize that she had notified Tony of the issue and had merely patched him into the conversation to take over.
Peter later to Karen after he finds out: "What the hell, Karen?! Isn't that totally against...like...HIPAA or whatever? AI - Patient Confidentiality??"

AU where Peter plays a prince character at a Disney-like theme park that Tony takes Morgan to.
While Morgan is away getting a VIP princess spa day, Tony is fucking the adorable Prince Charming backstage. Tony has to muffle Peter's moans so they aren't caught by the character attendant looking for him.
Peter's going crazy because he can't get hard. MJ is concerned and peeved. Too embarrassed to go to an actual medical professional, Peter tries to use Karen to diagnose himself.
It doesn't take long before she has a solution to the problem. To Peter's surprise, all it takes to get him hard is for Karen to switch to Mr. Stark's voice and tell him what a good boy he is.
