What an amazing night. @ericripert, thank you for opening your kitchen doors to us. I reflect on this evening and I am full of inspiration. Watching you take the time to help each and every cook, during each pick was just awesome. You are a true mentor in our little industry. If more chefs took the time to be a mentor instead of a dictator our cooks would be in a lot better of a place. In the little time I spent in the kitchen this evening I learned a great deal from you.
