Shout out to my cat for getting me out of my depression, and teaching me in an indirect way to show affection in a healthy way and make me care about something. 3 cats later and i still get obsessed with how they look so cute and now me and my boyfriend mainly talk to people by showing pics of our cats because its just so important to share their cute lil faces.

Animals are the best and far more chill with our weird habits. Unconditional love drags you out of being shy

I dread the day that I will have to apply for a job, because all I’m good at is making crafts and art but in the meantime I will have to survive and get a job to make ends meet and why is it so stressfull if you just want to create things instead of spending your time earning money.

It’ll work out, though. But I will do it out of spite

As I got older...

When I was a girl I liked dressing up in T-shirts and joggings, with socks in sandals. I didn’t like dresses, because then I would not be able to play in the mud and the grass. I liked playing with boys because they were spontanious and open, and rough and fun to play with. Girls were mean and belittled everyone that did not belong to their group.

Growing up I really liked dressing up fancy and mature, but had a serious expression. I worried that I would not be able to get into a relationship because I refused to behave happy all the time when I was not.

So glad my SO of today thinks I’m beautiful when I try my best to look good, but loves me even more when he sees me being comfortable in men’s clothing. I’m also being a little shit like i used to be when i was younger, before i got a depression and loads of shit thrown over me for not fitting the mold of “normal” teens.

So here’s to the people that unconditionally love you, and encourage you for being you, in all your hilarious imperfect ways.

Growing up means not having to worry who you impress, because it’s just not worth the energy. You just want to be you, and be kind to everyone who deserve it. Including yourself.

the horror movie I will never get

Character that mingles with the supernatural is actually really chill with their sudden flying cuttlery and moving chairs, but when they do get a bit spooked they just use their black humor to cope with it or rationalise it until it just is too much for them to handle

Ouija boards are bad. People respect the dead and leave them like that. Thus no cringy movies are made out of them.

Monsters are things we literally cannot comprehend. Their forms are original, and haunting, and when they appear it’s like frost that sets in. Jump scares would be an insult to the quiet way they move about: they watch from a distance and yet hunt people down with slow determination, yet without a goal.

The character that started it all does not search for a solution, but even encourages the downfall. They may seem innocent, but their actions show a character that lacks a morality they maybe gave up on or never had. In either case they want to see the world burn in a slow way, without too much fuss. We like them but we hate it, or we firmly are aware of the fact that the character is “bad”, yet we cannot look away.

Humans are inherently good AND evil. They are grey. Criminals can be the most careful, loving people around animals or children and regular, decent working people can be the most violent, manipulative bastards at home. Showing both sides in characters makes it more real. And nothing can be as frightening as a dash of reality.
