Watergate salad
1 3.4-oz package instant pistachio pudding mix
120-oz can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
8-oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
DIRECTIONS
Combine crushed pineapple with juice, instant pudin. nix, mıni marshmallows, and walnuts in a large bowli until well combined, then fold in whipped topping.
Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Asian Cucumber salad
Mini cucumbers, sliced
Mini sweet peppers, sliced
Ginger dressing, to taste
Everything but the bagel seasoning, to taste
Crunchy chili onion oil, to taste
Carrot raisin salad
4 cups of carrots, grated
2 cups pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapples, drained
1 cup raisins
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Drain any excess liquid from the carrots.
In a medium bowl, add grated carrots, drained pineapples, and raisins.
In a small bow, add mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and lemm juice. Whisk until well combined.
Add dressing to the carrots; mix well until fully comina.
Chill for an hour before serving.
Collard green salad
Collard greens, finely sliced
Bacon, crumbled
Goat cheese
Apples, diced
Candied pecans
Sweet potato cornbread croutons
Sweet tea vinaigrette
1 cup of rice vinegar
1 large tea bag
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of olive oil
Steep one large tea bag in 1 cup of rice vinegar. Once cooled, add honey, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Brussels sprouts salad
Brussel sprouts, finely sliced Bacon
Bacon, crumbled
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Pomegranate seeds
Citrus Vinaigrette
1 lemon, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/3 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of honey
I tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Cucumber and Tomato Salad with Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoon extra light olive oil
1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
3 cucumbers, peeled and sliced I cup grape tomatoes, halved 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
Combine lemon juice, sugar, olive oil, garlic and Dijon mustard in a large bowl. Whisk well until dressing is completely combined.
Add cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion to the bowl. Toss to combine. Chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to
serve.
