CHEW GUM- chewing sugar free gum tones your muscles & exercises your jaw
CHIN LIFTS- look at the ceiling, make a strong kissy face, stay in that position for 15 secs & repeat 10x
FISH FACE- suck your cheeks in & smile, repeat 10x. this tones the muscles
JAW BREAKER- clench your jaw for 10 secs then release. You should feel a burn but that means it’s working! Repeat 10-15x
NO SALT- salt makes you bloat pretty much everywhere

Just dance around while you’re cleaning, cooking or having a study break.
Before bed:
10 leg lifts 20 side leg raises (10 each) 30 seconds mountain climbers
