I think I saved this 'cause it was a bug in the skybox?

In the days before a Splatfest, the city and lobby are set to sunset, instead of the usual midday.

The skybox outside is supposed to reflect that. Yet, while the lighting inside the room is clearly a little darker and more orange-y than normal, the windows show blue skies outside.
