This was actually the first small business I created because I really just wanted to build with the rock climbing machines. There is also a full gym upstairs and rooftop yoga! I set it up as a small business you can actually run the place, but it can easily be placed as a gym.

So I discovered that one of the customer types you can attract to your small business is Infected sims... so I created Infected 'R' Us..
Come here to take some science-y classes, fight the mother, or just level up your logic skill! There is also a little bar and bizarre fruit garden out back!

I got inspired to build a cat café for Caterina Lynx after watching lilsimsie , but I also added an addition of a small fish & chips shop! Upstairs is also a full apartment for Caterina and her 4 cats.

Although I did like the museum originally on this lot, it is also a lovely place for a library/internet café! There are tons of places to get a coffee and sit and read, as well as computers and a special area for the kids :) Although this is a small business lot, it could definitely be changed into just a normal library.

Of course with the addition of pottery and tattoos I had to make a combination small business of both. But I wanted to do a different take on a tattoo parlour and make it more colourful! This little eco friendly lot is inspired (slightly) by IKEA. Downstairs is a complete centre for all your eco needs including: fabricators, recycling machines, easels, woodworking tables, and more!
Nobody wants these things on your home lot unless you decide to run this small business! Upstairs is a fully furnished apartment so you can live here while running your brand new business :)
