Breakfast π (aka morning zero sugar drinks to keep me fasted until its time for real breakfast)
I'm back, I haven't given up.
I haven't posted in a long time but I've been working hard on some personal things that will benefit me in the long run.
I have such tales to tell, soon .

Full transparency, the last few days have been a shitfest starting with Monday night where I binged on a large pizza and four vegan cupcakes.... The extra sugar must of triggered a migraine because I've sick since then and having the worst cravings for junk food in my life. Had fast food drive through for the first time in MONTHS and even tho I didn't overeat today I'm just feeling gross.
Getting some sleep, and waking up early tomorrow. It's gonna be rocky, but I gotta pull myself out of this and get back to normal.

September seasonal produceΒ π
I've seen the quote that goes something like, "you might not be where you want to be yet, but when you started you were dying to be where you are now." And man the quarantine gain has really solidified that.
I didn't realize what an accomplishment my 20ish lb weight loss was until I gained it back and had to do it again.
It's worth doing again, and I'm almost back to where I was, but damn what a learning experience!
This month started off rough but it's getting better π€π€π€ A lot of change at once has me feeling some ways, but they are good changes and I'm seeing the benefits already π€

My freezer is stuffed with pumpkin fall chili, ratatouille with bowtie pasta, black eyed peas with rice and fried okra and sweet potatoes, orange tofu stir fry, black bean burritos with lime corn salsa, and of course frozen waffles because I eat those on a the daily (not pictured).
Last night's dinner of vegan macaroni and cheese and vegetables plus waffles and field roast sausage because my meals don't need to make any sense π
