Robert walked past the park, head keeping low. He knew the paparazzi was somewhere- but that wasn’t the reason why he didn’t want to be seen. It was Y/N. You were in the park, hanging out. But not with friends, no, with your boyfriend. Robert had looked once at the park- but immediately recognized your face. You were glowing with happiness, as your boyfriend held you in his arms. Robert couldn’t resist looking at you two- something he immediately regretted. It only had been a month. A month since the breakup and you already moved on. How? For Robert, it seemed to be impossible. He hadn’t faith anymore in true love, mostly because his true love was with someone else.
Saw you walk inside a bar.

I saw that both your smiles were twice as wide as ours.

Robert was sitting on a chair, in the front of the bar. He did this often when he was free- drinking, having fun and being single. ‘ Another one’ Robert ordered to the waitress. She smiled at him, knowing his situation. ‘ This one had been your…’ Hannah said, teasing Robert a bit. ‘ Third’ Robert finished Hannah’s sentence, clearly annoyed. He took the last sip of his beer and Hannah set the fourth one on the counter. She smiled at some other customers and they ordered their drink. Robert didn’t pay attention to them, He was looking over to the other people who were in the pub. Suddenly, the door opened and a young couple stepped into the pub. He turned around and his face fell. It was you- with your boyfriend. Your boyfriend took your coat off and kissed your forehead sweetly. ‘ Let her go’ Hannah told Robert, following his gaze. ‘ That’s much simpler when you said it. It’s harder to actually do it’ Robert told Hannah. Hanna set another beer on the counter, in the front of Robert. He turned around and looked at his drink. ‘ Thanks’ He said. ‘ You will get wasted tomorrow’ Hannah laughed at him. ‘ I know. But I got used to it’ Robert returned his gaze to you. You had a huge smile on your face and laughed when your boyfriend said something you. Oh, you were so much happier.

‘ You okay Robert?’ Anders asked when he looked at Robet. They gave each other a hug and Robert nodded. ‘ You sure?’ Anders asked, quite worried about his friend. He smiled, trying to hide the truth. ‘ Yes. Why?’ he lied. ‘ I don’t see Y/N anywhere and…. you look like you got wasted yesterday’ Anders said. Robert sat down on the couch, heads in his hands. ‘ I fucked this shit up so hard. I LOST HER! I FUCKING LOST HER AND THERE’S NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT’ Anders was taken back Robert’s sudden outburst, he didn’t expect it at all. Anders sat next to Robert, wrapping an arm his shoulder. ‘ What have you done?’ Anders asked. ‘ We grew apart. I was away a lot while she was here. The love never died though. At least, on my side’ h told Anders. ‘ One day, you will be happy too. Finding someone else, who you will truly belong to.’ Robert looked at him. ‘ Y/N is my true love. No matter what happens, I will fight for her. If she’s happier with him then I’m fine with it, but I’m gonna fight for her. Maybe she will realise who she truly belongs to and hopefully that’s me’

You walked on the streets, sobbing quietly. Although you had broken up with Alexander, it was still hard to make the decision. You didn’t know where to go, but Robert seemed to be the option. He was your safe haven and no matter how hard you tried, he was your true love. So you knocked on his door twice, nervous for his reaction. ‘ Y/N!’ Robert cheered, he was happy to see you. Maybe too happy. ‘ Hey’ You smiled sadly at him. He saw that you were a little off and he was curious to know why. ‘ Hey, what’s wrong?’ He asked softly, touching your cheek. You looked up to him. ‘ I-I b-broke up with Alexander’ You explained after you broke down. Robert removed his hand from your cheek and pulled you in a big hug. ‘ I’m sorry for you. May I ask why?’ Robert asked. ‘ Because my heart belongs to someone else. He was also trying to move on, so I guess it didn’t work out’ You said after wiping your tears away. ‘ And to which person belongs your heart?’ he asked, almost excited to hear the answer. Instead of answering, you just kissed him. The kiss was full of passion, hunger and lust. You felt Robert’s tongue on your bottom lip, but your tongue battled with his. You moaned in pleasure. Robert grabbed your ass and carried you upstairs. ‘ Let me show you how much I love you’ Said Robert, smirking down at you. The kiss that followed was with much lust and passion, once again. ‘ I love you’ You said. ‘ I love you too baby’. You were happy you found Robert again, because he was the one and only.
