Claro... No tengo derecho a sentirme mal, pero tampoco tengo derecho a poder sentir algo, porque también está mal...

Todos los días me miro al espejo, y cada vez veo una versión más desagradable de mi.Es más fácil sentir un dolor físico, cuidarlo y cubrir una herida física para que nadie la vea, que una herida emocional.

No estas solo, se que has escuchado mil veces esta frase mierda, pero en serio hay muchas personas que se dedican a la ayuda de estos temas, si, tienes derecho a sentirte mal a explotar, a llorar, tu edad no debe decirte si tus problemas son más pequeños que el de los demás... Son tus problemas y tu eres quien lidia con ellos, no los demás.

Se que la autolesion es no mortal, pero aveces es tan profunda que no te das cuenta hasta que se convierte en mortal.

Perdón por extenderme,pero este tema es delicado, y lo he visto en tantos conocidos, inclusive uno de ellos ya no esta.
