This is Claude Nestor! They're a big silly who gets very lucky on missions and somehow managed to survive.

Reginald has to force them not to eat bird seed or floor food all the time because they always try. Mold will not stop them.

Dr. Phoenix is really just a reversal of "phoenix is blindingly trusting towards the agency because it was all they ever knew" to "phoenix HATES the agency and believes that it only sees them as a tool." They grow up being forced to live in an orphanage where they look down upon the other children for being less intelligent than them, and they grow to hate the Agency for trying to mold them into a perfect human-weapon for the EOD, which causes them to ditch the agency and start zoraxis. yet to be renamed in my swap au because i didnt have any ideas for it. Dr. Phoenix is also supposed to be the polar opposite of normal phoenix, so instead phoenix who is emotionally clueless and stoic, Dr. Phoenix is erratic and veryy veryy manipulative, but also still a genius.

so just think dr zor's base design + phoenixes motivation + john juniper's personailty + roxana prism's genius. thats basically dr phoenix. theyre also really annoying and HOMEWRECKING MY TOMADATCHI LIFE. this freaking bum!! also taking this time to say evil phoenix is based off the red death, thats where the idea for dr phoenix first stemmed from actually, I was thinking about the red death x phoenix symbolism in IEYTD 2 ⬇️

very very quick thinking.. some might call them a genius! adding onto this the missions give them so much adrenaline that when they finish them and head back to HQ rhey immediately crash. and they get super jittery and tired and grouchy. They were specifically raised to be incredibly smart and athletic in the agency orphanage (yet to be named), despite their sleeper build, so theyre just sort of anticipating everything dueing their missions. You can probably imagine the paranoia rhey live in

yes,, my phoenix is FULLY invisible, outside that is. If you cut into them they still have guts and organs and allat. and no they didn’t eat some sort of invisible ink, although they probably do… that bum.

Phoenix’s invisibility is really just a fill in for someone with no identity or anything. They were just sort of found as a kid. Invisible. their real name is just Phoenix because they were never named. They were raised in an agency funded orphanage until they were old enough (the agency just sort of guessed their age when they were found) to join the EOD training program. They don’t really know a reality outside of the agency until they get pulled out to the spy world on missions. I tried to really push into less of a lost child personality and more of someone whose only a book genius and has little to no understanding of the complex human brain or emotions, but still tries to be empathetic and adaptive. yes this IS phoenix has aspd softlaunching. ok im think im straying from the phoenix is invisible question sorry about that
