5km run
Yesterday I ran/walk my first 5km (in yeaaaars) in 48 minutes and I am soooo happy because I thought it was not to hard during the effort so it means progress to me! I am so pumped!
I ran 6x 5 minutes and walked 6x 3 minutes !
My first goal is to reduce my walking time to 0.
My second goal is to fully run 5km without stopping.
My third goal is to run 5km under 30 minutes.
My fourth goal is to run a race and have fun !
I can’t wait to be tomorrow ! I am going to wake up super early and run 3km by the lake and watch the sun rise as I go !
