Two days after Orlando, the GOP introduced Anti-lgbtq legislation in Kansas.

Two days after Orlando, a trans-exclusive feminist group hosted an anti-lgbtq at the University of Washington Tacoma, calling our existence a “war on women.”

Two days. That’s all the time these political groups on both sides of the aisle needed to go back to the homophobic and transphobic rhetoric that got us here in the first place.

do yall have any idea what youre doing to your bodies? cause i can estimate at least about 80-90% dont and some of these people are ~gluten free~ like

the reason gluten free options exist are for people with celiac disease where they literally cannot process gluten and it ranges from mild stomach cramps to yknow, your usual side efects to being allergic to shit. namely death though that extreme isnt nearly as large as you think it is

still when you give up gluten, a HUGE energy source your body naturally needs and uses, it goes to other things like body fat if youre not careful to increase your protein or produce intake. and a lot of people who dont have celiac who go ~gluten free~ dont take this into account and proceed to wreck the shit out of their bodies. and then when they DO ingest gluten? jesus shit you just managed to convince your body it has celiac. congrats

thats not even taking into account protein and whole protein like where yall gonna get that shit fam? spinach? beans? nah i guarantee you youre not getting a whole protein a day if youre doing that shit and your body needs a whole protein for the amino acids so the chemistry in your body fuckin works right. vegetarians who eat fish/eggs/milk definitely have the right idea because they havent cut out good sources of that vital protein

cause guess fuckin what your body uses for energy primarily anyway! thats right! protein! which yall would know if you had paid attention in middle school health class. but nah yall totally know better

then theres the calcium from milk yall are cutting out as well as vitamin d like yall dont understand what kinda shit that does to your bones. theyll break loads easier, your hair will dull and your skin will dry. its pretty fuckin gross

thats why a lot of people who are vegetarian to be healthier make proactive, informed choices about when to include eggs and all that shit. like some of the healthiest vegetarians ive known have taken multivitamins to ensure they were keeping their bodies healthy

but nah talk about how meat, eggs, milk, cheese, gluten, etc is evil. have fun piloting a failing corpse while im over here fuckin thriving
