his hands come up to your cheeks and hold, looking- rather staring into your soul. you smile and your cheeks in his hands squish up making them look chubbier.
"wanna bite you." he says it still holding instense eye contact. you laugh and a faint smile appears on his face. "i missed you." his head drops on your shoulder and he takes a deep breath of your perfume.
"missed you too." you put your head on his, as if it hasn't only been less than a full day since you last saw each other. he thanks the owners of the place for the dim blue lighting in the dark room as it conceals the blush starting to make itself known on his face.
his hands that are hugging your figure travels down and down until they hit your waist and sneak under your top to caress your soft skin. every inch his fingertips touch burn with excitement and leaves goosebumps on his way.
"missed you so. damn. much." he sighs into your shoulder and places a small kiss on there, slowly moving upwards on your neck. you open yourself to him and throw your head back, enjoying his acts. his hands are softly scratching your back while he keeps kissing and nipping at your skin.
"show me how much you missed me then." you whisper near his ear and peck his lobe, knowing it makes his knees weak every time you do that. his attention is now diverted to your chin, biting it tenderly. "baby-" you whine when he licks the part he bit to soothe the pain he caused.
"my pretty thing. all mine." staring into your eyes again, he touches your nose playfully with his pointer finger. you close your eyes and lean into him, letting your lips touch gently at first. it doesn't take long until he's exploring your mouth feverishly, teeth clattering and tongues brushing against each other with lust.
you push him off of you for a second to take a breath but he chases after your lips and doesn't let you leave. you can taste the drink he previously had on his tongue and it mixes with the minty taste your altoids left in your mouth. he thinks he's found heaven, right here in your arms.
when he eventually pulls back, you can't help but giggle at all the lipstick stains on the lower half of his face. (and trust my word on this one, he wears it proudly until you force him to wash it off- which leads to another make out session, in the bathroom this time.)

Mikey and Donnie sat in the lab together. Silent aside from the sound of yelling from the living room.
When Mikey started his watch, Donnie had politely asked if he could sit in, to be in his lab and work on his small projects. He had practically begged Mikey to let him in, he didn't know what else to do with himself and he couldn't bare the thought of being in the living room.
And Mikey obviously let him in, he couldn't just lock Donnie out of his lab. And he understood the other's need to do something with his hands. It was a trait they both shared, though Mikey tended to get bored easier than his genius brother.
After a minute more of silence, Donnie spoke up from his place at his desk, back to Mikey, who was sitting next to your cot as usual.
"They finally snapped." He spoke simply, and Mikey sighed.
"Why do they have to fight..? Why can't they just.. I dunno.. be nice?" Donnie was about to respond, but Mikey was on a roll, "I mean I have plenty to say to them! But you don't see me going out and starting a yelling match."
Donnie frowned as Mikey sighed behind him. "Why can't we all get along? Why did this have to tear us all apart..?"
After that there was another long silence, both of them unable to answer the question Mikey had posed.
And then, a while later, "Mm.."
Mikey's eyes shot up from the floor, staring at you in shock. He watched your frail form shake slightly, as you forced yourself to speak.
"M...m..."
He looked over at Donnie, watching as he turned towards you with wide eyes. He made eye contact with Mikey, before they were both standing at your side.
"M.." you practically whined out, your face twitching as Mikey gently grabbed your hand.
"It's okay little dude, it's okay, I'm right here man-" he spoke softly, using the most big brother voice he could muster, as he reached and grabbed your hand.
Donnie gently placed his hand on your leg, and stared silently, unable to come up with words to say.
Somewhere deep in your mind you felt a warmth bloom in your chest, different than the warmth of flowing blood and shattered bones, this was the warmth of knowing your big brothers were here. They were right next to you as you woke up, right at your side like they always promised. They were here, and now you had to meet them halfway.
"M..ike..?" You mumbled, and he squeezed your hand again, shaking as he did so.
"Yeah man, it's me," Mikey spoke, feeling tears fall down his face and onto the cot below him, "A..And Don too! Donnie say something-"
He turned to look at Donnie, and saw his big brother suddenly hunched over the cot, his unoccupied hand covering his mouth as he silently sobbed over your form.
Mikey felt more tears fall down his face, just barely stopping himself from breaking down right along with him. He was about to cover for Donnie, but his older brother spoke up before he could.
"Hi. I'm.. I'm here." He spoke softly, gently patting your leg, before he had to muffle himself again.
"H..m...hi" you spoke, your voice broken and shallow, and Mikey felt the damn behind his eyes break.
"I.. I'll go-" He sobbed, before taking a breath and squeezing your hand again. "I'll get Raph and Leo just.. just stay awake a little longer okay?"
Donnie watched as Mikey made his way out. Silently hoping he wouldn't get caught in the fray between their older brothers.
Honestly he was surprised neither of them snapped sooner, Raph had kept his anger almost entirely in check, and Leo had done all he could to keep out of Raph's (figurative) hair.
He knew it was only a matter of time before they both had enough, he just felt so bad that it had to be on the day their little brother miraculously started responding.
Speaking of, Donnie had never seen Mikey so.. Responsible? Thoughtful? Doting? He handled you so well and spoke so softly to you. All while Donnie could barely get his words out of his throat.
His little brother matured in an instant, and it made Donnie feel hollow, yearning for the innocence they had so quickly lost.
He snapped back to attention when he felt a hand on his shoulder. Leo's. He glanced up and saw a concerned look on his face. But underneath that, Donnie instantly recognized the tightness of his jaw, and the tense look in his eyes. Their fight must've been bad.
Donnie removed his hand from his face, smiling a bit and nodding at Leo, silently telling him he was fine. It was obvious that Leo did not believe him at all, and he was surprised when he simply let it go. Their fight must've been really bad.
Raph was at your side quickly, looking you over as he spoke softly. "Hey. Uh.. how.. how are you feeling?" He asked, feeling stupid as soon as the words left his mouth. Obviously you were doing shitty.
"E..every..th..ing hurts.." you mumbled, and all four of them felt their heart break in their chest, "c..can't move.. n.. n can't open..o..pen my eyes.." it sounded so hard for you to speak, and Raph felt guilty he had asked you to say so much. Even if you had decided to elaborate all on your own.
Donnie took the opportunity to dive back into work, wiping his face and giving your leg a squeeze before rushing over to his desk and writing down the things you had said, coming back over with his clipboard and paper in hand. As much as he wanted to ignore his feelings and focus on your health, he couldn't bear the thought of not being by your side.
Raph nodded and watched as Mikey sat back down at your head, resting his own head next to yours on the cot. Tears were streaming down his face, and yet he was smiling. Still overjoyed at the sound of your voice after so long without it.
Raph felt himself wishing he could feel that joy too. He couldn't, not really. Not because he wasn't excited or happy to see you okay, but because he was scared. Scared this wouldn't last.
But he took a deep breath and shook away those thoughts, he couldn't think about what if. Only what was happening in the moment. And in this moment, you were responsive. You were alive, even barely, and you were responsive. That was enough for now.
He turned and looked past Leo at Donnie, who was staring at your chest in that distant medical way of his.
He slowly looked at you again, before gently asking you to elaborate. And as he watched and listened to you, he noticed both of his brothers indulging in the sound of your voice. He hoped you realized how much you were helping them, just by making your presence heard.
Leo kept quiet as Raph continued to gently ask you questions, simply watching your face as you started to speak a bit more fluidly.
He wanted to say something to you, he wanted to apologize, to hold you, to beg for your forgiveness, to tell you just how much you meant to all of them, but he found his mouth practically glued shut.
Why, was the question. Was he afraid of pissing off Raph? Sure. He didn't want to set him off so soon after their fight, didn't want to start anything in front of you, didnt want you to know the words that had been said in the living room.
He was scared, that was obvious. Scared because he didn't know how long this would last. Scared because maybe Master Splinter was right. Scared because he had started to convince himself you couldn't be saved. Scared because he couldn't bear the thought of indulging in the moment knowing it wouldn't last.
The next few hours went by like a blur, the others kept talking to you, even as your voice died out from overuse. And when you finally mumbled, "..'m.. tired" That's when Leo spoke up, indulging in the familiar feeling of settling back into his role as leader, even for just a moment.
"Okay. Okay.. let's leave him be, he's tired. He needs rest." He spoke softly, and as the other three made eye contact with him, he saw it in their faces. They were all afraid he wouldn't wake up.
Leo felt his breath hitch as he took in this information, recognizing the same feeling in himself. "I.. I'll stay with him tonight. You all need sleep. I'll watch over him and let Master Splinter know what happened." He offered, mostly to Donnie, knowing his purple clad brother would rather die than be left to explain the situation to their sensei.
Donnie contemplated for a moment, before nodding, allowing Leo to take his shift this evening.
Slowly, and very, very hesitantly, they all shuffled out of the room. Donnie stopping in the doorway to look towards Leo. "I'll take your shift in the morning Leo." He offered quietly, leaving no room for argument, before he stepped out of the lab, leaving Leo alone with you.
He glanced over at you, silent for a moment as he sat down where Mikey had been, staring at your face.
"..are you still awake?" He asked softly, and you hummed an affirmative. "Okay.. just.. try and get some rest okay? I'll be right here the whole time." You didn't respond. And suddenly Leo felt so disconnected from you, the feeling of sitting next to a stranger hitting him like a truck.
He slolwy put his head down on the cot, away from the teary puddle Mikey had left. And he finally, finally let his tears fall.
He fucked up so bad. So so bad.
He shook in place, gasping for breath as quietly as he could. He didn't want you to hear him like this, so broken down and distraught. It was bad enough the others had seen him out of it for the past two months, but the thought of anyone catching him like this made his stomach come up into his throat.
He stayed like that for what felt like forever, heaving and gasping for air as tears continued to flow down his face, before suddenly he heard your voice again, and his head was up in an instant.
"L..leo..? P..plea..se.. p..lease...be th..ere please-" your voice wavered, breaking and shaking as you struggled to speak.
The fear and desperation in your voice made his big brother instincts go into overdrive, his pride be damned, he needed to make sure you were okay.
"I'm-" his voice broke, wavering the same as yours, "I'm here little brother, I'm still here." He spoke, reaching to gently hold your hand.
"L..eo..! Leo, 'm.. 'm s..scared. don't wa..nna.. can't.." you were panicking, and Leo rubbed your hand slowly.
"Hey it's okay, it's okay.. you're.. you're scared to sleep?" And when you hummed a shaky yes, he could've cried again. His baby brother, scared for his own life.
"Okay.. what if.. what if I talk to you all night? Keep you company? And I'll tell Sensei and Donnie to talk you through the night too, that way.." he hesitated, forcing the optimistic words out of his mouth, "..when you wake up, you'll wake up to our voices. And.. you'll know you're awake."
There was a moment of silence, and Leo felt his chest constrict with that all too familiar anxiety, before finally you hummed out an okay, and he could take a breath.
"Okay.. I'll talk, just.. give me a moment to think." He spoke softly, squeezing your hand.
Now.. what to say? He was never good at rambling, he never had as much to say as Mikey or Donnie did. They always had something to talk about. Mikey about his various activities, and Donnie about his work. They both had something they loved to ramble about. What did Leo love to do? What did Leo do that he could talk about for hours?
He blinked, coming to a realization as more tears overflowed. Of course.
"So.. episode one, season one, the Space Heroes pilot."

Tysm for requesting this, I was hoping someone would so I would have an excuse to write it š I love these mfs so much this stuff is so soft it makes me want to cry. This took so long I'm so sorry, it's been busy and I have the attention span of a goldfish.
Also forgive me I do not have a switch and have no idea what people do on 'em š
You loved the turtles, you really did. All of them. But sometimes their seemingly endless supplies of energy were exhausting. Sometimes you just needed a little time away with just your boyfriend. Such times could be few and far between, but that just made you cherish them even more.
Currently, everyone else was busy doing their own things. You had offered them a place in the living room with you, to watch some cheesy horror movie Leo had found. But Mikey had decided that it was time for a new piece on his bedroom walls, Raph said that his training buddy would be getting lonely, and Donnie had claimed that he was on the brink of something phenomenal, as usual.
You were alright with that. It just meant that you would have more time with just Leo. Laying back against an arm of the couch with him ontop of you, pulled as close as he physically could be.
Unfortunately, said cheesy horror movie was so captivating that you had abandoned it in favor of your switch within the first 15 minutes. You really didn't know how they managed to squeeze 3 hours out of the barely functioning plot.
Leo, on the other hand, was captivated. His eyes had barely left the screen. Every once in a while he would throw a hand up with a scoff or bury his face in your chest grumbling about how stupid the characters were. You would reach a hand up, brushing it down his neck as he relaxed against you again.
You couldn't help your wandering hands though, and so while you balanced your switch in one, without thinking, your other slid down until it met the top of his shell. You rubbed the edge of it, right above where it connected with skin, before it fell further down. Your nails scraped gently over the hard surface, absentmindedly tracing the patterns you knew near by heart.
You were so deep in your thoughts, completely zoned in on the screen in your one hand that you nearly jumped out of your skin when a rumble erupted from the slider atop you. A grin immediately spread across your face, huffing out air through your nose in a laugh. Leo was still laying with his head tucked under your chin, facing the projector, but as you slid your hand back up to his shoulders, you felt absolutely none of the tension they usually held.
His churring continued, the sound vibrating through you and making you laugh again. You propped your switch up against the couch, bringing your now free hand to cup his jaw. As clique as it sounded, running your nails under his chin was a surefire way to make him melt in your hands. He tipped his face up to gaze at you with eyes half-lidded and pupils blown. A light blush dusted his cheeks, just enough to see from how close you were.
You loved moments like these. Moments where Leo could relax, cut the snarky persona and just be... soft.
The movie playing was simply background noise now, hands soothing over his jaw and shell respectively as you watched his eyes flutter. Strong arms around your waist pulled you impossibly closer, and he pushed his head more into your palm.
Donnie was constantly working. He had so many ideas for new inventions that sometimes you just had to smile and nod when he started on about his newest project. It wasn't that you weren't interested, but most of it just went right over your head, as adorable as his little ramblings could be. He spent so much time in his lab that before, you had felt almost neglected. Never truly, of course he made time for you, but it was never really enough.
Therefore, you created a compromise. With Donnie working over his desk in his chair, and you on his lap, straddling his thighs with your arms around his neck. You were completely content like that, normally passing the time with your phone or switch until your arms got tired.
This time was no different. Soft music hummed in your ears, just loud enough to hear clearly. Donnie had his arms on each side of your waist, tinkering with some device that had been the center of his attention for the past few days.
You'd grown tired of Animal Crossing and other little games you'd been switching between for the past hour, but you were happy just to spend time with your boyfriend. Head resting on his shoulder, you let the device fall into your lap to have your hands free. They squeezed his neck gently, winning you a nuzzle from Donnie. Your hands slid down, fingertips brushing the surface of his soft shell. A smile graced your lips when you felt the last tension of the day melt under you.
Your heart fluttered everytime you touched his bare shell. It taken months for Donnie to build up enough trust in you to do so, and you cherished the privilege like none other. The delicate idea of it just made you love him even more.
You would never admit it to Donnie, but his shell made him seem so fragile in moments like these. You knew he hated being seen as weak for it, and you knew far better than that; but you always felt like dragging your nails a little too hard along it would hurt him. He never seemed to mind, though. When you did, just lightly enough for him to feel it, you felt your heart clench in adoration as the tiniest vibrations kickstarted under his plastron.
Donnie didn't chur like his brothers, not often. They were louder, making their contentment obvious through the trilling. Donnie was quieter, the sound softer and more gently comforting in your opinion. While you loved when he'd openly chur like that, you liked to keep it as a rare occasion. You were just as happy with this, just a low rythmic hum that reverberated in your skull, pressed against his collar.
You heard the clink of tools being set on the table, before a hand ran up your back to between your shoulder blades. The other wrapped around your waist, loosely holding you against him. A small gesture, one that wouldn't seem very important, was for Donnie. For him to put down his work, even for a few minutes, just to really be with you in a moment, made you feel truly special. He rested his head against yours, and you brought one hand up to cup the side of it. Your thumb rubbed small circles just under his mask, feeling him lean into the touch, smiling into your palm.
No words had to be spoken in moments like these. Here, you could just melt in each others presence, while any negative energy from the day melted away right with you.
Game night with the turtles was always fun. It normally started out with everyone, piled on the couch in front of the TV, volume on high over the sounds of laughter. Bonus to living in the sewers, no noise complaints from any neighbors.
Eventually, people began to drop out and either slunk to bed or, in Donnie's case, to his lab. By the end of it, you and Leo were the last ones up. The noise dwindled into comfortable silence, and you two would shift closer together, a luxury you didnt bother with around his brothers. Sure, there was a hand in his or his arm around your waist here and there, but nothing past that.
Once everyone else had gone, Leo had moved in front of you on the couch. Your legs hugged his sides, hands on his plastron from behind. You had given up a few minutes ago, too tired to really focus on the game. Leo was still invested though. He got particularly competitive in games, especially with his brothers. He was intent on beating Raph's high score.
You were practically falling asleep by now. Your eyes fell shut and you had to consciously keep your head from falling to his shoulder. To keep yourself awake, you slid your hands up from his chest to the top of his neck, working your way down with careful nails. Leo was always tense, you felt it when you pressed on certain muscles. He carried most of it in his shoulders, maintaining a powerful posture all day.
Moments after you started the gentle scratching, you heard the painfully familiar sound of a game over from the screen. You hadn't realized that you'd closed your eyes, but sure enough, Leo's chance of a new record was no more.
His head hit your shoulder and your lips pulled up into a smile as you moved your hands around to his jaw, feeling the soft trills start in his throat. His eyes were closed, expression serene. You planted a quick kiss on his chin, causing him to tilt his head back for more. You giggled, pulling him further into you and resting your head against his.
"Sorry, I ruined your high score." Your voice was hardly above a whisper, as if talking any louder would disrupt the peaceful moment like a stone into still water. Leo only churred louder, an arm coming up to rest over your thigh. Your far arm reached down to rub his shoulder, feeling it relax.
Moments like these weren't very common with Leo. Moments where he could feel so at ease. Where he didn't have to think about leading the team, or his brothers' safety. Here, we could just unwind in your grasp, away from everything that kept him so on edge. They sat in the very back of his mind. Instead, you were his fronting thought, from the way your nails ran over his skin to the rise and fall of your chest under him.
Here, Leo did feel at ease, and his heart skipped a beat when you laughed at his lack of response. You fell silent now, simply listening to his content churs in your own hazy bubble of happiness.
You were not a morning person. Not in the slightest. In your opinion, anyone who got up before 7 am unless absolutely necessary was inhuman. And still that seemed early. Donnie, however, was a special case. He also wasn't a morning person, and when he slept you could only drag him out of bed half past noon. But he worked so late into the night that he didn't fall asleep (if he even did), until the first rays of sunlight streamed in your bedroom windows.
Granted, the sewers didn't have windows, so he couldn't tell by that how late it was, but he also had tech everywhere in his lab and more than a few ways to instantly tell the time. You understood, you had your fair share of restless nights. But Donnie was like this all the time. Unless someone physically put his equipment to the side and pulled him off to bed, he would stay up for as long as his body let him.
Luckily, you came along. As someone with an actually decent sleep schedule, which wasn't common in mutant turtles apparently, you made sure Donnie got an acceptable amount of sleep when you could. Unfortunately, you couldn't always haul him away forever. Sometimes he would lay down, just to get up after you fell asleep and continue working. So when you would stay overnight with him, you typically would be woken up from a particularly loud mess-up on one of his projects.
Tonight was one of those nights. It was a wrench, one that was knocked to the floor when he reached aside to grab another tool. You rolled over in the makeshift nest you had setup in the lab, blinking awake to Donnie staring wide-eyed at you. He relaxed, sighing in defeat when he realized you were fully conscious now.
"I'm sorry, didn't mean to wake you," he said softly, his voice making you smile. You lifted a hand, and after placing the wrench back on his desk, he padded over to you.
"Hmm, going back to work after I fall asleep doesn't fix anything," you hummed as he kneeled down in front of you. You shifted upright, back against the wall, and he slid down to lay his head in your lap. Before you could even touch him, you felt a trill reverberate through you, and you laughed. Just laying down, being off his feet and in your lap was enough to make him happy.
You settled one hand around his head, the other running down his arm, stopping at the leather straps of his elbow pad. Normally the gear came off to sleep, but you figured you'd let it slide for the moment. You continued your little ministrations, beaming when his grip around your waist tightened and he snuggled closer to your warmth. His churs provided comforting background noise as you tried to keep yourself from unconsciousness.
You knew he gave in so easily because he probably thought he could slip away after a while. You wouldn't let that happen so easily this time, however. There was no way he was getting up until you did. Until then, all you wanted was to sit here with Donnie until you were inevitability woken up to his brothers' teasing in the morning.

Leo is a perfectionist and this shows in the way he leadsā coming across as bossy or arrogantā and how he treats himself. Alright, now for the stick in the mud part. Leo is a fucking dork (I mean this in the most affectionate sense). He loves Space Heroes to the point where he quotes it during missions. He likes puns, is fascinated by Japan culture, martial arts, meditation, etc. He trains very hard to excel at ninjutsu/martial artsā both so he can help his brothers in combat and because itās a passion of his. That doesnāt make him boring in the slightest. He has some of the most ridiculous dialogue throughout the series:

And heās not the goody-two shoes and suck up people think of him as. He has gone behind Splinterās back on several occasions, snuck out both willingly and unwillingly. The guy dressed in black and caused petty crime with his sister and her girlfriend Shinigami because he was pissed off at Shredder.

Not the Leo that uses all his strength and stays behind in the Technodrome holding Kraang Prime so his brothers and April can escape. Not that Leo who while just barely awake after a coma goes after a mutated monster in the woods to get his family back. Not that Leo who forced himself to stay calm so the others can be calm while they go through the most insane shit, or cannot grieve in the moment because he has to ensure the rest of their safety, so his focus during missions and battle is scattered in different places. Because he couldnāt possibly help bandage their wounds, worry when theyāre hurt and not give up on a family member. Not Leo preventing Donnie from straight up unaliving Don Vizioso because Leo doesnāt want his younger brother to do what he did and change him like it changed him. He doesnāt sacrifice himself over and over because he loves his brothers, right? Right??
hey sorry if this is weird to ask i know it probably wont do much and its not your responsibility if other people are jerks but could you tell people to try to calm down about the poll results? ive seen an uncomfortable amount of people being genuinely mean to others over it and its saddening to see since this is supposed to be fun
