I was gonna post about how TMAGP 23 was giving me maternal/parenting vibes, but it was TMAGP 24 what truly did it. Episode 23 "A new you" circled around harvesting a doppelganger from your own body, the way it was described it really gave me the "sacrifices we make for our children" feeling, as well as a toxic expectation of that new version to be better than you, to be a better you in every way, which is a way a lot of parents (unfortunately) think about their kids, as extensions of themselves or a new chance to do better. But then "Raising issues" literally premiered a mother and her child. I like how different yet similar these two feel to me, and the fact that they were one after the other is really cool.
