The concept photos of this room were decided by Jimin himself. He said while describing this concept that he likes ideas that are clear, so while the flowers are bright and colorful, he stands there in the middle wearing all black. The contract between him and his surroundings is striking and according to him the overall balance of colors describes him best in this room rather than a particular object: “The monochrome outfit and the colorful flowers strike a stark contrast, but they all speak loudly of their existence through this balance”. He opted for a dark outfit, so he could stand out more in that room where everything is bright. This is an amazing concept that looks simple at first but can carry many meanings. For my case I saw this whole vibe as Jimin’s existence as an artist and human. Someone who even if put in a place full of the brightest and most famous and beautiful people, he would still manage to stand out the most. Or how Jimin keeps the balance between stardom and normal life of a man in his twenties. Basically, It’s all about balance.
