As for podcast recs, I've listened to almost all of the shows you listed and I can confidently say my absolute top 3 are Malevolent, Red Valley and Find Us Alive. I'll break these down a little for you.
Malevolent is a Lovecraftian horror about a blind private investigator and the eldritch voice in his head who can see through his eyes. They must work together to find out who they are (amnesia) and why they're stuck together. And how to get unstuck! The main event of this story is the relationship between these two characters. Go for this one if you enjoy the inherently very intimate ''body sharers'' trope, strong focus on concepts of losing and gaining humanity, and of course if you happen to like lovecraftian horror! This one is my favourite audio drama overall.
Red Valley is a comedy/drama about two regular guys investigating a shady company that is developing cryonic preservation tech. I'm particularly invested in the friendship between the two main characters, they meet under strange circumstances but quickly become very attached to each other in a way that makes me go ouhhhh :(((( this show has really REALLY good character writing and on top of that it is SO funny. Fantastic balance of comedy and serious moments, really keeps you engaged for the whole ride. It's also incredibly well produced in terms of sound/music and voice acting.
Find us Alive is set in the SCP universe! You don't really need to know anything about it to enjoy the story. Here's the premise, site-107 is an underground SCP facility built around an anomaly known as SCP-6320. The story begins when the SCP suddenly ''swallows'' a large chunk of the facility, collapsing parts of it and trapping almost 100 people inside a spatial anomaly. They have no contact with the outside world and all initial attempts to escape have failed. The story mainly follows 5 coworkers as they not only try to figure out how to get free, but also figure out how to have a life down there. This show is also funny, and very queer! I think all 5 of the main characters are confirmed queer in some way.
