just as a general informational point of order, if your blog was banned, and you had anything on that blog that could be considered in violation of specifically this part of the tumblr TOS, that is not a ban you are going to be able to appeal:
"Harm to Minors. Don't message, post or solicit content that features the abuse of a minor, that includes suggestive or sexual content involving a minor or anyone that appears to be a minor, or that facilitates or promotes child sexual abuse or sexual extortion. "Content" may include photos of real individuals, illustrations, animation, or text. Posting or reblogging child sexual abuse material is a serious crime for which we have no tolerance. We report all such instances to child protection organizations and law enforcement around the world, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children."
the part i highlighted in red is written the way it is written, by a lawyer, to make sure tumblr can ban people who endanger their platform in places like Australia where hentai or drawn material or even fiction involving anyone who could be perceived as a minor in a sexual situation, even if fictional, is illegal.
so when you are posting on tumblr keep that in mind
likewise it is 100% bannable to be under the age dictated by your region while having a tumblr account. if you are a system or multiple or a little or a roleplaying blog or anyone whose presentational age is much younger than their chronological age, and your front-facing persona is underaged, do not make posts says 'im underaged'. i found at least one repeat-banned account today who is constantly posting about being 12. they have to ban you for being 12. if you get banned for saying "im 12", make a new account, and then post "i dont understand why they keep baning me for being 12", they will ban you again for being 12. and theres nothing i or anyone else can do about it
