Shion "Xion" Waters is a muse written in @tinytownoregonrp and any art of her is done from the context of the rp group's au. Her canon lore has been loosely translated into the au but it is not an exact replica.

I've been doing a lot of thinking and decided to update Lamb's design. One of the biggest changes, as you can probably tell, is the change in dress, and I did so for a few reasons:

Lace. I love lace on clothing, but I don't love drawing it. I also don't enjoy drawing detailed designs (at least as frequently as I'd draw Lamb), and while her original design wasn't heavy with small details, I simplified it often enough to a point where I felt it was more comfortable.

The original dress was based off of a real one I own. While it wasn't a direct copy, the influence is there. The bad part was realizing that the dress I own is a cheap copy of someone's custom-made wedding dress. While her og dress had its differences, I didn't feel comfortable using it after learning the origins of the inspiration.

This design I feel works best for a shepherdess who's a little out of place regardless of the era she's in. And it hints at her other forms too, which I like.

You might notice some other smaller changes to her design that I made mostly to make her simpler to draw (ie. fully golden horns, strapless shoes, no freckles, less prominent gold in her hair). Sorta felt if I was making a huge change with her dress, might as well update the parts I've been wanting to for a while now.

I wanted to immortalize a friend I made in my dreams. She has a name I can't pronounce, nor do I remember its nickname I gave it (I think I called it Chipmunk once, but there was another name I used), but his species is a sort of stone spirit that are invisible to most people. They're known as 'witches' in urban legends. When they appear to someone, they are bonded to them with a shared deep trust.

I miss him dearly.
