Aight so I just had this idea

Morgan leaves the BAU like before, but he gets more into restoring houses and growing all the food plants he can and he has Opinions on growing organically and using beneficial bugs and he loves sharing what he grows and knows (Reid helps out with the research)

And so he's meeting up with the team on one of their dinners getting along like old times and he's talking to Luke and finds out he really likes fresh, pesticide free fruit and veg and they get Talking. Morgan is disgusted by the price when Luke talks about it, and he ends up bringing fresh produce to Luke every now and then

Maybe they get Closer and their dogs have playdates and Morgan gives him a tour of his garden and the restored house he's living in and the man is just glowing bc he's doing what he loves and healing himself from the scars he gathered at the BAU, and gets to share his life now with the team just as before, and the team is growing!
