You know how they have hotlines for suicide prevention and stuff?

This might sound kinda silly but I’m wondering if anyone knows if there’s any type of free to call number or anything with help for anxiety disorders or anything like that? Idk its kinda stupid but if anyone could help that’d be great.

This was really quick but mostly what I was looking for was to see if I actually had a problem or if I was over-analyzing everything in my head. Most internet quizzes for mental disorders include disclaimers, saying that their test may indicate you have a disorder, but still suggest you get diagnosed professionally. I found a website that, as far as I can tell, claims to give you a diagnosis.:

It gave me my test results free of charge and showed me what my biggest contributor to my anxiety is. It also allows you to create a treatment plan but the treatment costs money, which I don't have, and I don't plan on telling my family about this, so that's not an option either. I'm not really sure how much therapy usually costs, but its 23$ per week, and can be used daily. It charges you 99$ a month, and comes with a 7 day, free trial. For anyone who needs it, here!
