she finds it icky when people imply she could just 'give up mourning' or 'leave all behind'. 'don't live in past'... letting go is hard. Memories of those things were part of her life and involve also happy memories - even if they caused pain for being... things she cannot return to or have ack. i could think only way to make that happen would be forgetting - and that she definitely does not want. even if it was confirmed a key to getting better.

excluding times she'd just feel insecure about something in her looks ( like we all do ), but she has had couple of days of really tough time, when she completely locked herself indoors, didn't really take care of herself... Seeing her face after that, knowing she has always been sharp about looks and tidy clothes did make her despise what had come of her at that time It made her angry, hateful... but mostly: so, so sad.

well in traditional sense of superstition, she doesn't have any. but ritual wise: checking locks. gates, windows, doors (especially before bed)... when she unlocks or goes for her front door she'll always look behind / around to ensure no one is around. she sets all her keys in a specific place (home, car etc.) so she can always check all of them are there.

perhaps two days ago. she doesn't cry daily but when alone / in trusted company - she can cry out of frustration or just feeling sad. reasons may vary: could be an upsetting memory from anywhere in her life, getting really scared, trying to do something and failing, then ending up so frustrated she melts. she expresses emotions, and luckily she can let out some steam at times.

The hardest thing... that the far bigger bogeyman than Michael is actually her own mind. She has let the target of her fears to take over her, find home within her, and slowly, it is consuming her. As time passes, it is transforming her more and more alike to what she is trying to escape from. Such an irony.
