Consider this to be a re-do for Kiya and Palethorn. Kiya, I felt like she needed a proper sheet while Palethorn could’ve done with a complete redesign.

If Mander can be a salamander (a suggestion from a good friend of mine, @evajellion), Dogman’s a bulldog, the Count is a bat, and Zarok is a snake, why couldn’t Palethorn look more like a goat?

Mild spoilers for the next chapter, since we are due to meet the Count properly. But I thought I’d work on his armor and also on a monster form. The armor’s more based on an owl and surprisingly I find it more fitting than the one he wears in canon.

Since I don't post a lot about Medievil publicly, I should probably share some Zarok headcanons I've formed over time.

-Zarok is very much bigender. A lady and a lord in one, he doesn't mind being called either. He's just an enby icon.

-He's half elf. Rare people to see in Gallowmere, but they sometimes find spouses from the human populace. Zarok tends to tuck his ears under his headdress because they are noticeable.

-Very much has a bad relationship with food. Eats very little due to coming from a poor farming family even to this day. Claims its to watch his figure.

-Loves sheep and was raised on a sheep farm. Also loves dogs.

-Totally bullied in school and in his youth for his heritage. Yes, even at the fancy magic school.

-Tries to be self-reliant to a point of detriment.

-Has exactly two modes: Overly affectionate and not affectionate. Like with a cat, you need to earn the right to be hugged by the bony sorcerer.

-Generally very private about personal business.

My take on a Human Sir Dan because I refuse to believe the lies of him somehow being THAT horror. Still the classic British dental care treatment, still the mustache, still the overbite but tossed in some traits from Resurrection and the original. (Also, for note, i did just stop at where the clavicle would end, he's built like a dorito in my mind don't worry)

Best part is I can layer is actual skeleton on top and it works!! HAHA!!! anyway, farts away.

Alternative costumes for Zarok!

This was not an easy character to design costumes for, as with MediEvil Resurrection II taking place in the late 1880’s, there were of course some limitations to what could be considered accurate to the time period versus what the character would wear.

His winter wear was heavily inspired by Christian Dior’s 1998 Spring Couture Collection, as it was the most fitting for the character’s silhouette.
