Just finished my first full course on mindful meditation. Here is what I came away with overall . Fuck I’m hard on myself, I am forever wishing I knew how to be nicer and more open to other people but if I’m not doing it to myself how can expect to be able to do it to others ? Slow down. Seriously. I rush my breathes , I rush up the stairs and back down , I rush to get upset and I rush to make it better. (at Halifax, Nova Scotia)
