Breaths in

The old Underverse as a concept is fine but the version the fans have created sucks. It mostly focus’s on the fanon version of sans and takes away from the actual feeling you get when playing UnderTale and Deltarune. One of the features of Undertale that got it so popular in the first place was its LARGER than life caste that all felt like real people you could connect with. Sans is only like 5 percent of that. While I do hold sans as one of my favorite characters and i do think a-lot of UT AU’s expand on his character I feel like underverse itself is creatively draining and limited due to the fact its only focused on Sans. If anything the Underverse should be focused on Frisk,Asriel,Ralsie,Susie, Chris and even Chara.

I am saying this as a former Underverse fan who has tried to make other fandom multiverse projects. Making a project centered on a single character is very creatively draining. I look back fondly at those little aus but I never felt any accomplishment or that I added anything to the story. It is different with spiderverse as ANYONE can wear the mask.

Not everyone can be sans and if they were it would be a boring world. Sans is great because he stands out. Bring the undertale back to the Underverse.

Never mind, this is now my head canon and it explains everything wrong with underverse. Sans is lazy, thus a lazy writer and character designer so he just copy pastes 24/7
