Helping your system grow, one suggestion at a time.
Welcome! This is a creative resource hub for systems and collectives. Whether you are looking for a new name, exploring potential roles, or seeking inspiration for a new headmate, we are here to help you brainstorm.
We know that every system is unique, and sometimes you just need a little outside inspiration to help a new arrival feel settled or to find the right "fit" for a specific role.
About the Mods
We are the Star System, a traumagenic system of 48 who enjoy the creative side of system building. We started this blog because we love helping others find the right aesthetic and identity markers for their headmates.
Our Goal: To provide a supportive, imaginative space for systems to find "building blocks" for their members.
Our Style: We specialize in Fictives / Factives, and Name / Identity ideas

Could you make a voidcore themed alter pack that is kind of influenced by the Noli myth?? Also Level 2 please :D
Level 2 Build: [Name TBD]
Theme: Voidcore / Noli Mythos
The Basics (Level 1)
Name Suggestions: Null, Eraser, [REDACTED], Static, or Noli.
Pronouns: it/its, void/voids, or 🚫/🚫s.
Identity: Non-human / Void-sentient. This headmate doesn't feel like a person so much as a "gap" where a person should be.
Source Connection: Heavily inspired by the Noli myth. It carries that "deleted from the code" energy—someone who exists in the margins of the system's history.
The Core (Level 2)
System Role: Gatekeeper / Neutral Observer. This headmate acts as a buffer between the front and the deeper, "darker" parts of the headspace. It doesn't judge; it simply exists in the silence. It may help "mute" overwhelming sensory input for the rest of the system when things get too loud.
Personality: Detached, calm, and incredibly patient. It speaks in short, clipped sentences or sometimes just through a feeling of "heavy silence." It isn't mean, but it is very difficult to ruffle or upset.
Aesthetic: Classic Voidcore. High-contrast black and white, television static, eyes that look like missing textures (purple/black checkers), and silhouettes that seem to blur at the edges. It might look like a figure standing in a doorway where the light doesn't reach.
Internal Space: The Loading Dock. A vast, empty white or pitch-black room with a single, flickering fluorescent light. There are no walls, just an infinite horizon of static. It’s a very quiet place for other headmates to go when they need to "unplug" from system stress.
Focus: Trauma-holding related to step-parent dynamics.
The Basics (Level 1)
Name: Jinx (or "Powder" for younger/littles, "Jinxie" as a nickname).
Pronouns: She/They/It.
Gender/Identity: Gendervoid or Chaos-aligned Feminine.
Source Connection: Very high. This headmate likely retains the manic energy and creative "spark" seen in Arcane, but may use it as a coping mechanism for internal stress.
The Core (Level 2)
System Role: Trauma Holder / Persecutory-Protector. She may hold the memories of rejection or "not belonging" in a new family unit. Her role is to stay hyper-vigilant so the system is never "blindsided" by a change in family dynamics again.
Personality: Sharp, witty, and guarded. She uses humor and "noise" (metaphorical or literal) to drown out feelings of inadequacy.
Aesthetic: "Neon-Grime." Think glowing paints, mismatched textures, and DIY gadgets that look like they’re held together by spite and glitter.
Internal Space: A chaotic workshop filled with half-finished projects. It’s messy, but she knows exactly where everything is. It’s her "no-entry" zone where she feels 100% in control.
The Complex (Level 3)
Front Triggers: The smell of spray paint, heavy industrial/hyper-pop music, or handling fidget toys that "click" or have mechanical resistance. Feeling like an "outsider" in a family gathering or hearing specific phrases associated with "joining a new family."
Trauma/Memory Responsibility: She likely holds the specific "sting" of feeling replaced or the pressure to perform for a new parental figure's approval. She manages the "fear of abandonment" so the rest of the system can function in the "here and now."
System Relationships: May be wary of "Caregiver" roles within the system. She might test boundaries with internal protectors to see if they’ll actually stay.
Communication Style: Leaves neon-colored digital notes or drawings in the headspace. Her internal "voice" might be fast-paced and prone to tangents when she’s stressed.
