Best ship in the game, honestly.
The ships are important, so I decided to use a log in order to go over them as we pick them up into our army. While we will board a lot of ships to breathe some variety into this story, we will still use them.
I was drawing the Enterprise in her calendar and I forgot itās little butt wings or whatever you call those. oops. now itās just a duck-shaped space ship.
In fact, most of the prologue story is Farnsworth begging Captain Burton not to blow up the ruins. Weāre skipping over most of that.
Strauss Zelnick is her dad (the original name of the Captain from the game), and Auriela Zelnick is her mom. Auriela is also the name of Giaus Julius Ceaserās Mom, which is who Giaus is named after.Ā Now you know.
I imagine when thereās only 35 kids on your planet itās easy to feel kind of isolated.
Just a nod to Star Control 3, but no, I wonāt go there.
No one online has even bothered to transcribe Star Control 3, Iāve checked.
Also I accidentally drew Zelnick waaay too short. Forgive me.
Iām aging up Zelnick like 6 years from how old she was supposed to be when she and Farnsworth started working together (sheās supposed to be like 10) because thereās a lot of back and forth between Farnsworth and Burton which just isnāt very interesting. Also, a 10 year old wouldnāt really know what they were getting into.
Also, yes, he is a Professor Farnsworth. I doubt the people on Futurama played this game though, and if they did I really doubly doubt they actually read the short story from the manual. No one read this story from the manual. I could write whatever I wanted here, and no one would know the difference, because no one read this manual. I downloaded it solely to find out who this Jules Farnsworth was that showed up on the wiki page and was shocked that this little short story even existed. Like, I owned a copy of this game, with the fold-out star map that you had to use in order to open your files (a weird copy-protection thing) but never ever knew that the manual had anything in it other than how to steer your ship.
Back in Unzervalt.
Maybe later, Hayes.
Itās really just a tugboat, thatās canon. But itās got a hell of a lot of nukes.
This page was a struggle to draw for some reason, but this comic is about learning to pace and do simple pages, so weāll just leave it be although half of me wants to redo it. Leaving it be.
So hard to draw those lips without it looking like a mustache.
