“Mm?” Jotaro turned his head slightly to the side, spotting the teenage boy calling his name. He hadn’t contacted Koichi in some time, he realized. Had he actually visited to ask the boy’s aide again, he likely would have remembered to do so. “ よ, Koichi.”

“I’m here to do something for Jiji.” He pulled down the brim of his hat in a mild show of annoyance. “やれやれ . Just because I’m his grandson, I still have to clean up his messes.”

I would say yes. Jotaro was willing to believe he was POSSESSED BY AN EVIL SPIRIT when his stand manifested, so he was at the very least open to the possibility of the supernatural. Stands themselves are also inherently supernatural, despite us as a readership knowing they have more of a basis in pseudo-science, as must powers in Jojo do.

That being said, I think by Part 4 and onward he’s a bit more skeptical, he’s a grown man by then after all, and a man of science on top of it. He understands the logical aspects of how these things work, probably largely in part due to working directly with the Speedwagon Foundation on researching and ending supernatural threats like rogue stand users.
